Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 一枚づつ包装された板片を一枚づつ連続回転する回
転ドラムの円周面に保持させて集積保持位置へ連続的に
移送し、集積保持位置において連続回転する回転体の円
周部に設けた爪部が板片の集積保持位置へ到来するまで
の時間間隔で所定枚数の板片を保持部材上に供給すると
共にこれらの板片を回転カム操作によつて変位するレバ
ー部材と弾力的に支持したローラとの間に逐次集積保持
し、板片が所定枚数集積された際回転体に設けた爪部に
集積された板片を係合し、ガイド部材に沿つて転送する
ことを特徴とする板状物品の定量集積送出方法。 2 回転体により集積された板片を爪部に係合しガイド
部材に沿つて転送するに際し、所定量の板片の集積速度
と回転体の周速度とが適合するように調整してなる特許
請求の範囲第1項記載の板状物品の定量集積送出方法。 3 回転体により集積された板片を爪部に係合しガイド
部材に沿つて転送するに際し、回転体の爪部と隣接して
ローラを配設し、爪部によつて集積された板片を送出す
る際次に集積される板片の一枚目を前記ローラで保持し
てなる特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の板状物
品の定量集積送出方法。4 板状物品は板状チユーイン
ガムである特許請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項記載のいず
れかに記載の定量集積送出方法。 5 円周面に多数の物品受台を設けて包装された板片を
連続的に移送するための連続回転するドラムと、前記回
転ドラムの円周の一部に近接して設けられかつ前記回転
ドラムに保持された所定枚数の板片に係合してこれらを
転送する回転体とからなり、前記回転ドラムと回転体と
が近接する位置に所定枚数の板片を保持するための保持
部材を設けると共にこの保持部材に対し回転カム操作に
よつて板片の集積枚数に対応して回転体側に変位するレ
バー部材と回転ドラムより一枚づつ供給される板片を逐
次前記レバー部材との間に弾力的に保持するローラとを
設け、前記回転体の円周部に所定間隔離間して前記保持
部材上に所定枚数集積保持された板片と係合する爪部を
設け、さらに前記回転体の外周部に沿つて前記爪部に集
積された板片を転送するためのガイド部材を設けること
を特徴とする板状物品の定量集積送出方法。 6 回転体の爪部によつて集積された所定枚数の板片を
ガイド部材に沿つて転送する際、次の第一枚目に集積さ
れる板片を捕捉保持するためのローラを前記回転体の爪
部と隣接して設けてなる特許請求の範囲第5項記載の板
状物品の定量集積送出装置。 7 板状物品は板状チユーインガムである特許請求の範
囲第5項または第6項記載の定量集積送出方法。
[Scope of Claims] 1.
