ないという製造上の難点もある。Reinforced paper in which a synthetic resin coating is layered on the surface of base paper to impart water resistance is widely known, but conventionally this type of reinforced paper is made by applying a synthetic resin liquid directly to the surface of base paper. It is manufactured by drying or applying a synthetic resin adhesive to the surface of the base paper and then attaching a synthetic resin film, and in any case, if the base paper is Japanese paper or Japanese paper-like paper, Not only does the structure of the base paper become impregnated with synthetic resin liquid or synthetic resin adhesive, which impairs the feel of the base paper, but also the numerical properties unique to Japanese paper or Japanese paper-like paper are impaired, resulting in a decrease in tear strength. In addition, when the synthetic resin layer on the surface is made to be extremely thin, around 0.1, it is necessary to manufacture such an extremely thin synthetic resin film in advance and attach it with an adhesive. In the case of using the method of oxidation, there is also a manufacturing difficulty in that mass production is not possible due to the formation of chicks on the synthetic resin film during the impregnation process.

。Reference numeral 4 denotes a roll coating device comprising an upper roll 2 of the first rolls 2, 2 and another roll 5 arranged in parallel thereto, and the rolls 2, 5 of the roll coating device 4
Liquid vinyl synthetic resin dissolved in a volatile solvent is continuously supplied from the molding material tank 6 between the rolls 2,
The material is formed into a very thin material, for example, about 0.1 mm thick, and is applied to the surface of the strip material 1 as a very thin, undried vinyl-based synthetic resin layer 7. Reference numeral 8 denotes a roll paper supply roll provided above the intermediate rolls 2, 2, which supplies part of the volatile solvent contained in the ultra-thin undried vinyl synthetic resin layer 7 formed on the surface of the strip material 1. Department is Obimura 1
The drawer end of Japanese paper or a roll paper 9 made into Japanese paper is fed onto the surface of the semi-dry vinyl synthetic resin layer 7' when it is volatilized and becomes semi-dry as the process progresses. A part of the volatile solvent is evaporated and is not impregnated into the paper structure of the roll paper, but it is applied to the surface of the semi-dry vinyl synthetic resin layer 7', which retains a moderate adhesive property. The drawn-out end of the fed roll paper 9 is attached to the surface of the semi-dry vinyl synthetic resin layer 7' as the strip material 1 advances, and both are pressed together by the next intermediate rolls 2, 2. It is becoming integrated.

By simultaneously winding up the roll paper 9 that is firmly attached and integrated with this, the ultra-thin vinyl synthetic resin layer 7'' is attached to the surface of the band material 1 made of a synthetic resin material that does not have adhesive properties to vinyl synthetic resin. The reinforcing paper 12 is obtained by forcibly peeling it off.

A cleaning liquid tank 14 provided directly below the cleaning liquid tank 14 is a doctor knife brought into contact with the roll 2 to which the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 13 has been applied and which has cleaned the strip material 1. Now, while the strip material 1 made of polyolefin resin that does not have adhesive properties to vinyl synthetic resin is advanced at low speed between the first rolls 2 and 2 which are vertically opposed, A liquid vinyl-based synthetic resin consisting of a synthetic resin and a volatile solvent such as toluene is supplied from a molding material tank 6, and is applied to the surface of the strip material 1 using a roll coater 4 to coat the surface of the strip material 1 in an extremely thin undried film with a thickness of 0.1 rib. If the vinyl-based synthetic resin layer 7 is coated and formed, this undried vinyl-based synthetic resin layer 7
The volatile solvent contained in the paper gradually evaporates, but it is volatile to the extent that a certain amount of volatile solvent evaporates and is not impregnated into the paper structure, but adhesive properties remain. When the solvent has evaporated and the paper has become semi-dry, the drawn end of Japanese paper or Japanese paper-like paper 9 is fed from the roll paper supply roll 8 onto the surface of the semi-dry vinyl synthetic resin layer 7'. The roll paper 9 is attached to the surface of the semi-dry vinyl synthetic resin layer 7' in a stretched state and advances together with the strip 1, and when passing between the intermediate rolls 2, 2, the roll paper 9 Most of the remaining volatile solvent contained in the semi-dry vinyl synthetic resin layer 7' is evaporated by hot air of, for example, about 60° C. sent from the drying device 10. Therefore, when the roll paper 9 passes through the drying device 10, the ultra-thin vinyl synthetic resin layer 7'' in a dry state is firmly attached and integrated with the lower surface of the roll paper 9. If the strip material 1 is wound onto the winding roll 3 and the dry ultra-thin vinyl synthetic resin layer 7'' and the roll paper 9 are simultaneously wound onto the winding roll 11 of the product, the strip material 1 is made of polyolefin resin. Since it does not have adhesive properties to vinyl synthetic resin, the vinyl synthetic resin layer 7'' in a dry state is easily peeled off from the surface of the obimura 1, and the winding roll 11 of the product has no adhesive properties on the surface. A reinforcing paper 12 coated with a very thin vinyl-based synthetic resin layer is wound up.

品質の劣化を招くものである。Note that the strip material 1 can be used again after being wound up on the winding roll 3, but the strip material 1 may be circulated. In this case, a reinforcing strip material is provided on the back side of the strip material 1. It may be attached. The strip material 1 made of polyolefin resin can exhibit the desired effect because it does not have adhesive properties to vinyl synthetic resin. However, if the material of the strip material 1 is made of a metal material such as a steel plate, If this is the case, the vinyl synthetic resin layer 7^ will be sticky and cannot be peeled off, so it may be possible to apply a scale agent to the metal material, but using a template agent is not only complicated, but also may remain on the product. This results in deterioration of quality.

Therefore, the texture of Japanese paper or base paper made into Japanese paper is retained, and the surface is extremely thin, although the strength peculiar to base paper is not established. The vinyl-based synthetic resin layer is made from Japanese paper or a base paper made into a Japanese paper-like paper with water resistance, and even though the vinyl-based synthetic resin layer on the surface is extremely thin, it can be attached and integrated using the method described above. Because it is made of 300% polyester, it is firmly adhered without any quality difference, resulting in an extremely good surface finish and excellent printability.

。Note that the surface of the reinforcing paper obtained by the present invention will be grainy if a smooth surface is used as the strip material 1; it will be matte if a strip material 1 with a rough surface is used; A patterned product can be obtained by forming a pattern in advance on the surface of the band material 1' which is easily made from polyolefin resin, and in this respect, it also has a range of applications that cannot be planned for metal materials such as steel plates. It is extremely wide.
Therefore, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing reinforced paper with an ultra-thin vinyl-based synthetic resin layer coated on the surface, which allows for easy mass production of reinforced paper with water resistance without impairing the texture of Japanese paper or Japanese paper-like sand paper. This is an extremely significant contribution to the industry.
