。In laundry wastewater treatment equipment that uses a conventional hollow semipermeable membrane as a laundry wastewater treatment membrane, during the circulation treatment of laundry wastewater, impurities and solutes that accumulate on the inner surface of the treatment membrane are removed and washed using sponge balls. After concentrating the laundry wastewater, drain the concentrated laundry wastewater out of the system, and immediately remove the solutes (detergent) on the inside of the treatment membrane that could not be removed with the sponge pole.
was washed with clean water at a high flow rate. However, when cleaning with only clean water, this clean water becomes contaminated with solutes on the inner surface of the treatment membrane and concentrated laundry wastewater remaining in the system, so it must be treated in addition to the laundry wastewater to be treated next time. The disadvantage is that the amount of water to be treated increases by the amount of clean water used for washing, and the amount of water increases. The present invention is loosely connected to the above, and its object is to provide a laundry wastewater treatment membrane cleaning method that can reduce the amount of fresh water used for cleaning the treatment membrane.

The main feature is that preliminary cleaning is performed with waste water, and then final cleaning is performed using a small amount of clean water.

1. Circulate through the treatment membrane 5, pressure regulating valve 12, and piping 13. At this time, the pressure of the laundry wastewater is maintained at a specified pressure by the pressure regulating valve 12, and when the laundry wastewater passes through the treatment membrane 5, it is treated by the osmotic action of the treatment membrane 5 and the water that has permeated through the treatment membrane 5 is drained. The remaining laundry wastewater is gradually concentrated. Impurities and solutes (detergent) deposited on the inner surface of the treatment membrane 5 during the concentration operation of circulating this laundry wastewater are removed and washed by operating the sponge ball cleaning device 14, and the amount of water permeated through the treatment membrane 5 is extremely reduced. prevent it from decreasing. Thereafter, when the laundry wastewater reaches a predetermined concentration level, the high-pressure circulation pump 9 is stopped, the switching valve 15 is opened, and the concentrated laundry wastewater is allowed to fall under its own weight through the pipe 16 and is received in the concentrated wastewater receiving tank 17. In the next step, the treated membrane 5 must be further cleaned, and in the present invention, this is done as follows.

During this time, the treated membrane 5 is transferred to the circulation tank 8.
Preliminarily clean the inner surface of the When this transfer amount reaches a specified value, the transfer pump 2 is stopped, and then the fresh water pump 18 is operated at low pressure to transfer fresh water from the fresh water tank 19 to the piping 20 and the switching valve 21.
through the treatment membrane 5 at a pressure below osmotic pressure, and the laundry wastewater that remained in the system to be treated next is pushed out through the piping 6 and the conversion valve 7 to the circulation tank 8, where it is replaced with fresh water and passed through the treatment membrane. Finish cleaning the inner surface of step 5. When the inside of the system is replaced with fresh water, the switching valve 7 is closed, the switching valve 22 is opened, the fresh water is returned to the fresh water tank 19, and the fresh water pump 20 is stopped. Next, move on to the first process. The amount of submerged water transferred to the circulation tank 8 at this time is small because the inner surface of the treatment membrane 5 has been pre-washed with the laundry wastewater to be treated next.
The amount of laundry wastewater to be treated next due to mixing with clean water is small, and the cleaning effect of the treatment membrane 5 can be improved. As explained above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the amount of clean water used for cleaning the treatment membrane, reduce the increase in the amount of laundry waste water that becomes contaminated with water, and to thoroughly clean the treatment membrane. There is a remarkable effect that it can be done.
