この発明は塗料タンク内に被塗装物を浸潰して塗装を行

つ塗装後にこれを塞がなければならないため非常に面倒
であるとともに、旨栓が製品の表面に表われて外観品質
が低下してしまうという欠点があった。この発明は上記
のような欠点に着目してなされたもので、被塗装物を吊
り下げるハンガーを中空パイプで形成し、塗料の液圧で
被塗装物内部の空気をハンガー内を通して大気中に放出
させることによって製品の空気抜き穴や旨栓が不用とな
り、更に、ハンガーの下部に逆止弁を設けることによっ
て、ハンガー内に溜った塗料を排出して繰返し使用でき

て、上記ハンガー2によれば、第3図に示すように塗料
中に浸潰された被塗装物3内の空気は塗料の液圧でハン
ガー2の内部を通って上端部2aの関口部より排出され

ンク内にあつては塗料の液圧によつて閉塞され、且つ該
塗料タンクから吊り上げると開口する逆止弁を設けたこ
