Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は炊飯を行う際に鍋内圧を上昇できるように密閉
性を有する炊飯器や電子ジャー炊飯器などの調理器に関
し、異常圧力上昇を防止するとともに、炊飯後に鍋内圧
が低下しても器具が損傷することがな、かつ蓋開閉操作
が容易に行える調理器を提供しようとするものである。

ンジ部を覆う内蓋を外蓋の下方に着脱自在に設けている
ものが多く、さらに内圧を上げるため内蓋周緑部にシー
ル効果のあるパッキングを係合させ、かつ内蓋からの蒸
気排出を規制する構造となっている。上記緩成において
外蓋を開放するとき、鍋内空間が拡大された状態となり
、一時的な負圧現象が生じ、同時に開放させられるべき
内蓋が外蓋から離脱するという欠点があった。また一方
、炊飯完了後、熱供給がなくなり、熱放散の形となり、
必然的に鍋内に負圧現象が生じる。この熱放散が急激な
時(低温時や水をかけられた時)、蒸気排出を規制して
いることも加味され、負圧により内蓋が変形し、以後、
本来具備すべき性能をそこなう危険性を有していた。前
者においては内蓋と外蓋の係合力を強くすることが対策
として上げられるが、係合力があまり強いと洗浄時など
の着脱操作が困難となる。しかもこれは後者の問題点に
対し、解決策とはならない。また、蒸気排出部を拡大す
ると、本来の目的である内圧を上昇することができなく
なる。

の内蓋15に透孔22aを設けても同様の効果が期待で
きる。以上の説明から明らかなように、下部フランジ等
の弾性部材と内蓋の透孔により、鍋内圧の異常上昇を防
ぐとともに、鍋内圧が低下しても容易に内蓋を開くこと
ができ、その工業的価値は大なるものである。
