ジを配置して、鉄め込み用孔とシンクのフランジ部分と
の間隔に熱硬化性樹脂を一度に注入し硬化させることに
より夫板とシンクとを一体化させる取付け方法が採用さ
れることがあるが、熱硬化性樹脂の硬化過程、即ち樹脂
調合後、注入された樹脂配合物の反応熱によって樹脂温
度が上昇するためシンクのフランジ容積が増大し、樹脂
の硬化反応が終了するとともに樹脂温度、シンク温度が

があるため、上記の如く熱硬化性樹脂を一度に注入し、
硬化させて夫板とシンクを一体化させた場合、該シンク
付き夫板を使用した製品を使用開始後、使用荷重、温度
差等の発生及びそれらのくり返し等による使用疲労によ
って、隆時的に樹脂層あるいは樹脂とフランジとの接合
界面に発生していた硬化ヒズミ、競合ヒズミあるいは微
小クラック等が増幅、増大することによって、漏水が発
生して水回り都材としては致命的欠陥となっていた。本
発明の目的は、シンク隊め込み孔部でのシンクのフラン
ジをイQ荘坂下に配置して、前記の従来欠点を解決した

して固定したのち樹脂醇合物の注入、充填接着を行い第
2次樹脂層10を形成することもできる。イ○笠板裏面
