の衝撃強度を向上させると共に、立上り部の曲げ強度を
向上させて、信頼性の高いポストフオームメラミン樹脂
イQ鉾板貼りL型カウンターを提供するにある。メラミ
ン樹脂化粧板は美観および物性、即ち表面硬度、耐摩耗
性、耐汚染性、耐熱性等に優れ、且つ洗浄の容易さ等の
特性を有しており、既に家具、建材の化粧材料として日

部の外側に適当な形状の溝を設け、かかる溝部に発泡ポ
リウレタン樹脂、発泡ヱポキシ樹脂等の如く接着性のあ
る発泡熱硬化性樹脂を充填し、発泡、硬化させた後、L
型芯材の内曲げ部分甲板芯材に適当な形状な溝を設けて
、同上の発泡熱硬化性樹脂を溝部に充填すると共に、曲
げ加工性のある熱硬化性樹脂化粧板を貼り合せ、化粧板
とL型芯材との間に生ずる内曲げ部分の空隙を充填接着
する方法を考えた。

充填接着される。このようにして得られたL型ポストフ
オームカゥンターは従来の発泡熱硬化性樹脂を使用しな
い製品に比して、顕著な物理的強度を有し、その工業的
価値は大なるものがある。なお、芯材に設ける発泡熱硬
化性樹脂充填用溝は芯材を組み付ける前に予め設けてお
き、その後で芯材を製造してもよい。次に本実施例によ
り製造した製品と従来品との品質比較データを表−1に
示した。「表一1」 単位:K2X伽 但し、「表−1」の中で立上り部強度Aは立上り部の上
端に裏側(基材側)から立上り部に対して垂直方向の圧
