The colorant used was a mixture of pigments, ziecrite, and fibers (pipe, rock wax, or asbestos) applied with a mortar gun or by splashing with a brush.

Therefore, it was not possible to make the colored layer thicker. In addition, since the colored layer cannot be thickened, the color of the substrate is likely to show up due to scratches, and furthermore, since the colored layer and the substrate are different, there is a disadvantage that delamination may occur between the colored layer and the substrate due to frost damage. Ta. In addition, a separate coating device is required, and the colorant scatters, resulting in a poor working environment. The present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional examples, and its purpose is to form a colored layer on an inorganic substrate formed by paper-making a slurry by forming a colored slurry mixed with a pigment. This makes it possible to prevent the colored layer from peeling off due to frost damage by keeping the inorganic substrate and the colored layer of the same quality. Also, since the colored layer is formed by papermaking, the working environment will not be worsened, and the colored layer of the same quality can be made thicker and emposable. Not only does it not reveal the background color due to cracks or scratches in the colored layer during molding or press rolling, but it also allows multiple colored layers to be laminated continuously.
Moreover, the present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a hydraulic inorganic board having a multilayer color ply layer that can reveal the color of the underlying colored layer and form a color pattern with a three-dimensional effect by peeling processing such as V-groove processing. .

The pigment 3a, binder 30a, and water are mixed by a propeller 34a in the mixing tank 25a and then sent to the supply tank 26a. The bottom of the supply tank 26a is sloped downward, partition walls 31a are vertically arranged alternately, and the rotary impeller 3 in the supply tank 26a
2a, a mixture 33a of pigment 3a, water, and binder 30a is made to flow down, and the mixture 33a that has flowed down is supplied to the slurry settling section 10a. The pigment supply device 12b is also the mixing tank 2.
5b and a supply tank 26b, and a pigment supply pipe 27b, a water pipe 28b, and a binder supply pipe 29b for supplying a binder 30b such as zycrite or cement are inserted into the mixing tank 25b. The pigment 3b, binder 30b, and water are mixed by a propeller 34b in the tank 25b and then sent to the supply tank 26b. The bottom of the supply tank 26b is sloped downward, partition walls 31b are vertically arranged alternately, and a mixture of pigment 3b, water, and binder 30b is mixed with a rotary impeller 32a in the supply tank 26b. 33b is flowing down, and the flowing mixture 33b
is supplied to the slurry settling section 10b. That is, in the present invention, there is provided an endless belt 6 for paper making that ascends and slopes from inside the slurry layer A to the outside of the slurry layer A, and an endless belt 6 provided in the middle of the ascending path of the inorganic belt 6 within the slurry layer A. In the vicinity of the endless belt 6, a lotus passage is formed in the route direction, and in the upper part of the slug IJ layer A that is far away from the endless belt 6, there is a partitioning means B that partitions the part into a plurality of parts in the route direction.

The inorganic substrate 2, which has a thickness of approximately 9 skins, is used as the shielding plate 11a.
The colored slurry 4a colored with the pigment is deposited on the inorganic substrate 2 to a certain thickness (approximately 3 mm thick), and the colored slurry 4a is deposited on the inorganic substrate 2 to form a colored layer 5a.
is formed and leaves the slurry settling section 10a. At this time, the slurry 1 is constantly supplied to the slurry settling section 10a passing under the shielding plate 11a. Next, the shielding plate 1 1b
The colored slurry 4b is colored with a pigment and is formed onto the colored layer 5a on the inorganic substrate 2 to a certain thickness (approximately 3 side thickness). A colored layer 5b is formed and leaves the slurry sedimentation section 10b. At this time as well, the slurry 1 is constantly supplied to the slurry settling section 10M passing under the shielding plate 11b. Further, in the slurry settling sections 10a and 10b, the shaking devices 35a and 35b are used to break large blocks of the colored slurry 4a and 4b, improve the surface formation of the colored layers 5a and 5b, and also shake the shielding plate 11a and the blades. The reason why the wheel 24 is provided at the boundary between the slurry inflow section 8 and the slurry settling section 10a is to prevent the slurry 1 blown out from the inlet box 21 from flowing into the slurry settling section 10a. Note that by moving the shielding plates 11a, 11b back and forth, the thickness and position of the colored layers 5a, 5b can be changed arbitrarily. In this way, as shown in FIG. 4, an inorganic plate A is formed in which multi-layered colored layers 5a and 5b are laminated on an inorganic substrate 2, and a peeling pattern such as a V-groove cut is formed as shown by imaginary lines in FIG. By processing, it is possible to form a three-dimensional color pattern on the surface in which the color of the colored layer 5a is also revealed.

ある。As described above, the present invention is provided in the middle of the ascending papermaking path in one layer of slurry by an endless belt, and in the vicinity of the endless belt, a lotus passage is formed in the direction of the path, and the slurry further away from the endless belt is further upward. In the section, a partitioning means is provided for partitioning into a plurality of parts in the path direction, and a binder and pigments of different colors are supplied to a rear slurry layer at the rear in the papermaking direction and a front slurry layer at a further front than this, which are partitioned by the partitioning means. Since it is equipped with a dissimilar pigment supply means, it is partitioned by a partitioning means so that the lower part of the ascending sand-making route by the endless belt with an upward slope can be transported, so that no pigments can be mixed in from the starting end of the ascending paper-making route. It is possible to form a part for paper-making an inorganic board and a part for paper-making a colored layer of a different color one after another on top of this. The colored layers mixed with pigments and binders are laminated one after another by papermaking, and the advantage is that multiple colored layers of the same quality are firmly integrated on the inorganic board, and can be manufactured continuously using one layer of slurry. There is.

う利点がある。In other words, there is no difference in the physical properties of the two, and therefore the colored layer will not crack even when pressed or embossing, nor will the colored layer peel off due to frost damage. Since the colored layer is formed by paper making, the colored layer can be thickened, and even if some scratches occur on the colored layer, the background color will not be lost. Also, since the colored layer is formed by paper making, it is possible to make the colored layer thicker. Not only does it not require any special coating equipment, the colorant does not scatter, and it creates an excellent working environment. Since each paper is made and sequentially laminated on an inorganic substrate to form a multilayer colored layer, it is possible to form a multilayer colored layer on an inorganic substrate. Peeling processing, such as processing, has the advantage that the color of the underlying colored layer can be revealed and a color pattern with a three-dimensional effect can be formed.
