The cutter pressure chamber 5 is equipped with a screw discharger 4 as an energy saving device, and is capable of maintaining the face ground retention level of the cutter pressure chamber 5 even when the cutter pressure chamber 5 is in use. The earth and sand released and discharged from the screw discharger 4 is transferred to the inside of the shaft 2 by a sand conveying device 6, and is put into a trolley 8 located below the exit chute 7 and carried out to the outside. Shaft 2
A main pushing device 9, a strut 10, and a box-shaped truck 11 are installed in the shield, and the truck 11 can move back and forth on a tail 12 in the shield propulsion direction. In addition, struts 1 and main push device 9
It is not necessary if the stroke of is sufficiently large, and it is inserted between the cart 11 and the main push device 9 as necessary during main pushing. The earth and sand transport device 6 has a conveyor inside a casing, and includes a front end 13 provided at the lower part of the screw discharger 4, a drive section 14 mounted on the cart 11, and the front end 13 and the drive section 14. Transport section 1 between
Consists of 5. The conveying section 15 is constructed by connecting a plurality of conveying section units 15A, each of which has the same length as the lining pipe 3 or an approximate length. Each conveyor unit 15A is fixed to the corresponding lining pipe 3 by a fixture 16A. After pushing back, the rear end of the existing lining pipe 3 protrudes into the shaft 2, and the rear end of the conveying section 15 further protrudes than the rear end of the existing lining pipe 3. Next, the shield propulsion method will be explained.

Propel it to the state shown in Figure 2. Next, the rear end of the transport section 15 of the earth and sand transport device 6 is disconnected from the drive section 14 on the truck 11, the main push device 9 is retracted, the struts 10 are removed, and the truck 11 is moved backward. Thereafter, the rear end of the existing lining pipe 3 and the trolley 11 are interposed with the joint pipe (lining pipe for the joint) 3A and the transport unit unit 15B for the joint using a crane or the like. In this case, as is clear from the illustration in FIG. 3, the conveyor unit 15B for the joint leg is arranged so that its one end 15b protrudes forward of the joint pipe 3A.
It is installed internally via a sliding member 21 so that it can be adjusted to the level A and slidable in the front and rear directions. In this way, the fourth
As shown in the figure, a conveying unit unit 15b is installed inside the joint pipe 3A, and a conveying unit 1 protrudes from the existing lining pipe 3.
5 and one end portion 15b of the transport unit unit body. Next, the main pushing device 9 is protruded by a required amount to push back the cart 11, thereby moving the joint pipe 3A forward with respect to the conveyance unit unit 15, so that its front end is brought into contact with the rear end of the existing lining pipe 3. and connect this part. When the joint tube 3A is advanced,
The other rock portion 15b' of the conveyance unit unit 15B projects rearward of the joint pipe 3A and is disposed opposite to the front end of the drive unit 14 on the truck 8. Therefore, after or before the connection between the existing lining pipe 3 and the joint pipe 3A, the drive section 14 and the conveying section unit 15B are connected. After the connections at each location are completed in this manner, the chain tension of the earth and sand conveying device 6 is adjusted.
With the above steps, the addition of the lining pipe 3 and the conveying section 6 is completed. Thereafter, the truck 11 is pushed back by the push device 9, and the joint pipe 3A is pushed back to propel it to the state shown in FIG. 2. Repeat the following steps for the same aircraft. As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, the addition of lining pipes and the addition of the conveyance section of the earth and sand conveying device can all be carried out within the shaft, and in particular, the conveyance sections can be connected to each other and Since the connection can be made without entering the lining pipe or the joint pipe, the joint work can be done easily and in a short time.

Further, since the earth and sand transport device is divided into a transport section and a drive section, and the transport section is provided within the lining pipe, and the drive section is provided on the truck, it is possible to secure sufficient space within the lining pipe. Therefore, it is particularly advantageous for small diameter shields. Furthermore, since the drive section is installed outside the pipe, it is easy to secure a space for the control equipment of the earth and sand transport device and to easily perform maintenance and inspection.
