As shown in Fig. 1, this wet method uses wood fibers such as wood fibers, slag wool, rock wool, etc.
A wet papermaking machine such as a circular mesh papermaking machine is used to prepare a papermaking solution by dispersing mineral fibers such as glass wool in a large amount of water.
A fibrous wet mat b is formed by dehydration and paper-making, and the wet mat b is passed through, for example, a press roll or a plurality of turning rolls d, d, . . . including press rolls c, c as shown.
After adjusting to a predetermined thickness by pressing with a press device f in which a belt-like material e such as a blanket is stretched so as to be able to move around, it is put in a dryer (
(not shown) and drying to produce a fiberboard, and this method effectively utilizes the strength development effect due to the entanglement of fibers. In this method, in order to impart desired physical properties to the fiberboard, starch, a binder such as a synthetic resin, a water-resistant agent such as a wax emulsion, an asphalt emulsion, a water-resistant resin, perlite, Fillers such as kaolin and aluminum hydroxide, fixing agents such as aluminum sulfate, and other additives are added as necessary. However, according to the above-mentioned conventional method, as the wet mat b introduced into the dryer is dried, a phenomenon occurs in which fine fibers are scattered within the dryer due to the circulation flow within the dryer.

These fine fibers reduce drying efficiency and may even cause a fire, so in order to remove these fine fibers from inside the dryer, it is necessary to stop the dryer at regular intervals and remove them. This has the problem of lowering the thermal efficiency of the dryer and poor workability. Therefore, as a solution to the above problem, it may be possible to add a large amount of a binder component to the papermaking liquid to reinforce the entanglement of the fibers and prevent the fine fibers from scattering in the dryer.

However, according to this method, some of the binder does not stay in the mat and flows out as white water during dehydration molding in the papermaking machine, resulting in poor binder yield. This has the problem of affecting manufacturing conditions, such as a decrease in The present invention was made in view of such conventional problems, and after forming a fibrous wet mat by forming a paper-making liquid using a wet paper-making machine using a fibrous material as the main raw material,
This wet mat is pressed in a press machine in a wet state without drying, and a binder-containing liquid is applied to the surface of the pressed wet mat immediately after pressing and before the thickness has recovered. By impregnating the wet mat from the surface layer to the inside with the liquid by the restoring action of the wet mat, and then drying this wet mat, the fibrous wet mat that has been compressed by the press device is released from the pressed state. Taking advantage of the so-called spring-pack phenomenon, in which the wet mat surface and the interior of the mat are impregnated with a binder, fine fibers are fixed to the mat being dried in the dryer and their scattering is prevented. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a fiberboard that can prevent the above problems and also improve the physical properties of the fiberboard.

以下、本発明を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings.

Additives such as a binder, a waterproofing agent, a filler, a fixing agent, and the like may be added to this papermaking liquid as necessary. Then,
This paper-making solution is dehydrated and formed into a fibrous wet mat using a paper-making machine such as a circular net type wet-type paper-making machine, and then, as shown in Figure 2, this wet matte is left in a wet state without drying. Then, it is introduced into a pair of press devices 4, 4 in which a belt-like material 3, such as a blanket, is stretched between a plurality of rotating rolls (not shown) including a press roll 2 so that it can be rotated, and a set thickness is obtained. to press.

At this time, since the wet mat 1 is mainly composed of a fibrous material and has a restorability called spring pack, the wet mat 1 is compressed until the thickness of the mat 1 becomes appropriately thinner than the set thickness. Next, a binder-containing liquid 6 is applied to the surface of the wet mat 1 immediately after the pressing state by the press devices 4, 4 is released and before the thickness has recovered, using the coating state 5 as appropriate. This applied binder-containing liquid 6 is applied to the surface of the wet mat 1.
Not only that, but also the warm mat 1 is sucked inward by the restoring action and is impregnated into the inside thereof. Here, the press device for pressing the wet mat 1 is a pair of devices including a plurality of rotating rolls and a press roll 2, as described above, and a belt state 3 such as a blanket stretched over a rotating section. 4, 4, other press devices capable of pressing the wet mat 1, such as a pair of press rolls, can be used.

Further, a water-resistant agent such as a wax emulsion, a coloring agent such as a dye, a pigment, etc. may be added to the binder-containing liquid 6 to impart water resistance or color the fiberboard at the same time. Furthermore, as a method for applying the binder-containing liquid 6 using the coating device 5, in addition to applying with a spray coater as shown in the figure, dropping the liquid containing liquid with a flow coater, or applying with a roll coater or a knife coater, etc. can be used. .

Furthermore, since the binder-containing liquid 6 penetrates not only into the mat surface la but also into the interior thereof, it is possible to improve the physical properties such as the strength properties of the fiberboard. Furthermore, by adding a water-resistant agent or the like to such a binder-containing liquid 6, such properties can also be imparted. As described above, according to the present invention, in the green paper manufacturing method for fiberboard, a wet mat is pressed in a wet state without drying, and the wet mat surface immediately after the pressing and before the thickness is restored.
