Therefore, in containers (such as silos) that are not equipped with a classification prevention charging device, powder and granules are often stored while being classified. The classified and stored powder and granules are stored in containers (
Not only is it difficult to obtain a uniform particle size distribution during the process of gravity discharging from the bottom of the container (silo, etc.), but in some cases it may cause bridging within the container (silo, etc.), and the vaporizing effect is significantly reduced. . Conventional anti-classification feeding devices that use distributors and cones have been put into practical use, but nothing that is satisfactory has yet been developed. The present invention overcomes the conventional drawbacks and
The purpose is to effectively prevent classification of powder and granular materials. The present invention will be specifically described below based on Examples. In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a charging chute, and the hopper 5 is supported by a metal fitting 9 or the like under suspension at an appropriate distance from the lower end of the charging chute 10.

The cylindrical distributor 1 is tapered downward, and the vertically sloped portion 4 is divided into spaces 4' alternately in the circumferential direction. Reference numeral 3 indicates these sections. In the illustrated example, the cylindrical distributor 1 has an octagonal cylindrical shape, and the diagonal plate portions 4 and the space portions 4' are arranged alternately.
Although there are several locations, the number of these locations may be determined as appropriate. Furthermore, a partition plate 2 may be provided between the adjacent compartments 3. The upper end 6 of the hopper 5 is preferably configured at a lower position than the upper end 7 of the distributor 1 as shown in the figure, but this is not necessarily limited. When the powder is introduced from the input chute, as shown in FIG. 3, the powder is received by the hopper 5 and forms a pile according to the angle of repose while reducing the initial velocity.

一部自体の摩耗を低減している。Since the powder and granules are continuously fed, they fall radially along the slope of the heap from the annular falling part 8 formed by the interval between the distributor 1 and the hopper 5, and simultaneously fall into the hopper 5.
Some of it is also ejected from the bottom and falls. A part of the granular material falling along the slope of the pile collides with the wall board 4, is reflected, and falls toward the center. At this time, the powder directly falling from the lower part of the hopper 5 mixes well with the powder reflected by the chopping board 4, and falls toward the center of the silo and accumulates while being diffused. On the other hand, the other part of the powder and granules that fell along the slope of the pile formed in the hopper 5 is radially diffused from the section of the distribution body 1 where the cutting board 4 is not installed, that is, the space 4'. They continue to fall and accumulate around the silo. When powder and granules are introduced and deposited, usually heavier particles (larger particles tend to gather around the pile pile. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 5 When charging, there is only one pile pile, and large and heavy particles are concentrated near the silo wall, and the area below the top of the formed pile pile (the area indicated by diagonal lines in Figure 5C) has ventilation resistance. There is a lot of dry steam gas passing through 1
Koku〈The Komushi effect is extremely bad. However, in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, since a plurality of piles are simultaneously formed in the silo and piled up, the degree of classification in the silo as a whole becomes extremely small, resulting in very good results. Store the powder in a mixed state. As described above, in addition to the feature that the present invention can effectively prevent classification of powder and granular materials when feeding into a silo, the present invention further requires no power source in order to exhibit the above-mentioned effects. It is not necessary, has a simple structure, and uses friction between the powder and granules to reduce wear on the hopper itself.
