If there is a design drawing that particularly requires water resistance, dimensional stability, and long-term storage stability, or a 0.00-degree drawing that requires transparency.

There are disadvantages such as drying of the toner (hereinafter referred to as toner) is slow, thin strokes and lines become thicker, and the toner bleeds in images with many solid areas.

There was a problem where sheets were being sent at the same time. The present invention was made with the aim of improving the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is characterized by providing a plastic coating layer made of fine crystalline cellulose powder dispersed on one or both sides of a film sheet. . With such a structure, the surface of the plastic coating layer becomes porous or uneven due to the oil absorbency and shape of the crystalline cellulose fine powder, and therefore, the toner of the received copy image easily penetrates. There is no close contact between the film sheets, and as a result, the friction between the sheets is reduced, making it easier to make continuous copies. The present invention will be explained in more detail below. As the base film sheet, P
Film sheets that do not shrink or deform under the high temperatures of PC heat fixing rolls are suitable, such as film sheets of polyester, polycarbonate, nylon, polypropylene, etc., or other film sheets based on these film sheets, such as polyethylene film. , vinyl acetate film, vinyl chloride film, etc., but preferably polyester film or unstretched polycarbonate film,
Its thickness is 30 French to 150 r, preferably 70 French to 12
It is 5. Next, the plastic material for the plastic coating layer containing crystalline cellulose fine powder is as follows:
Good adhesion to the base film sheet above and P
It is necessary that the PC toner has good adhesion, such as cellulose resin, vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, nylon resin, polyester resin, vinyl acetate resin, hydrocarbon resin, alkyd resin, etc. However, acrylic resins and polyester resins are preferred. The microcrystalline cellulose powder used in the above plastic materials is a natural, high-purity product made by hydrolyzing purified pulp with key acid under certain conditions, removing the amorphous region, and then grinding, refining, and drying it. It is crystalline cellulose and has the following structure.

た。Further, the amount of cloud content is 1 to 25% by weight, preferably 3 to 1% by weight, based on the plastic material used. If it is outside this range, for example, less than 1% by weight, the amount of crystalline cellulose added is so small that it will have almost no effect, and if it is added more than 25% by weight, the absorption of the toner corresponding to the image area copied by PPC will be too good. This is not preferable because the density of the copied image decreases. Further, although there are differences depending on the plastic material used, addition of a high concentration is not preferable because it causes a decrease in the adhesion of the plastic coating layer to the film sheet. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained by giving examples. Example 1 Composition A Crystalline cellulose powder (average particle size 61) 2 parts methacrylic acid resin 2 parts toluene
After mixing and dispersing a plastic solution consisting of 78 parts of the above composition A for 30 minutes using a high-speed sanding machine, this coating liquid was applied to one side of a colorless and transparent polyester film with a thickness of 100 mm every 25 minutes. Dry.

During the process, a problem occurred seven times in which two sheets were transported at once, and set-off occurred in which undried toner adhered to the back side of the next film sheet. In addition, this copied uncoated fill sheet was coated with 0. Day. As a result of projecting on a P75 type, characters with many strokes were projected blurry (unclear).

Furthermore, when copies of this coated film sheet 5 were continuously copied, 5q female copies were obtained without any trouble.
As a comparison test, when we copied a polyester film sheet (thickness: 125mm) using the same copier, we found that the image became thicker, and the letters with many strokes of size 5 type were illegible. .
