しくは、耐侵蝕性に富むオイルシール及びその製造方法
を提供するものである。

ゴム被膜によって覆われるからであり、この様なオイル
シールを機械装瞳に装着した場合は、支持突起当り部1
2において補強環表面に取扱対象薬液が接触し、補強環
が侵蝕、溶解されることがある。本発明は、前記した従
来技術の欠点に鑑み、ゴム材料部分を加圧成形するに当
って、前記した補強環を支持する支持突起を設けること
なく、合成樹脂材を用いて製作された環状の被覆部材を
もって補強環を支承し、補強環上に萩遣したゴム材料を
成形し、ゴム材料によるシール部材及び合成樹脂材料に
よる被覆部材が協働して補強環の全表面を覆う如くなし
て、機械装置に装着された際に補強環表面が取扱対象薬
液による侵蝕に対し十分に防護される様にするものであ
る。

23を重ね、第5図に示される状態に至るまで加圧成形
することによって、前記した如く補強環の全表面がシー
ル部材11及び被覆部材15によって完全に覆われる如
くなすものである。第6図に示される他の実施例におい
ては、補強環1の外側蚤方向面2及び外側軸方向周面4
の一部が、被覆部材15の径万向部16及び蓬方向部1
6の外端かれ伸びている藤方向部17によって、それぞ
れ覆われる態様となっており、成形に際しては、被覆部
村15の鞄方向部17の外周面を成形型周面に支持され
て同芯性を保持される。
