本発明は、経継機における経糸操出装置の改良、詳しく
は、新・旧糸綾分樟の往復回動による経糸操出の際に従
来不可避的に発生していた経糸の弛緩現象を、当該綾分
樟の動作に応じて変化する新・旧経糸列のテンションを
巧みに均衡させることによって皆無にしたテンション均
衡式経糸繰出装置に関するものであって、経継作業に誠

理想的なテンション状態で線出してノツター部へ正確に
引渡すことができる画期的な経糸裸出装置を提供しよう

ン調整子5,6を、略水平状態に配向して同調整子5,
6先端の狭細部分にて対応するガイド樟8,9に各々枢
支P,Pせしめ、また、調整子5,6の下方には、前記
経糸列AおよびBをそれぞれ整列状態で導入可能な導糸
スリット71,72を有する経糸保持体7を介在させる
ことにより、前記d綾分樺3,3′,4,4′の動作に
よって生起される経糸列A,Bのテンション変化に応じ
て、当該調整子5,6は枢支P,Pを中心として幅広の
後方部51,61が略水平方向に尻振り運動をなし、か
くして、綾分けされた経糸列A,Bのテンションが均衡
するようにしたことを特徴とするテンション均衡式経糸

るようなものであれば如加なる形状でもよいのである。
また、本発明は第2図に示される如き区分式経継機だけ
でなく、第10図に示されるような全繊中の新・旧経糸
列を一斉に仕掛けて絹繋する連続式綾継機にも適用可能
であることはいうまでもない。〔本発明の作用効果〕以
上説明したとおり、本発明においては、スライドクリッ
プ1,1′と上側に位贋する綾分梓3,4との間に、綾
分けされた新・旧経糸列AおよびBのそれぞれのテンシ
ョン圧変化に即応して尻振り運動するテンション調整子
5,6を設け、更にこのテンション調整子5,6の下方
に新・旧経糸列AおよびBを整列状態で導入保持する経

,6がテンション圧の低下した経糸a,b側へ直ちに尻
振り回動して、当該調整子5および6の両側辺に接触し
た新旧蓬糸列AおよびBのテンションを均衡せしめるの
で、蓬糸繰出しの際にも決して糸に弛みを生起させない
のである。このように本発明によれば、この種の経継機
において従釆不可避的であると考えられていた経糸操出
時における糸弛緩の問題を完全に解消することができる
とともに、その解決手段も他動的な強制機構によること
なく経糸目体のテンション圧の変化に巧みに利用して良
O動的にテンションを均衡せしめる従動型のテンション
調整子を採用しているので、経糸に何ら無理なストレス
を与えることなく理想的な状態で処理することが可能で
あり、また機構面からみても、極めて簡素な構造に具現
できるので面髄な調整も不便で故障も殆ど起さない、と

ライドクリツプ1,1′と上側に位置する新・旧糸綾分
桿3,4との間に前記経糸列A,Bを綾分けして挿通す
るガイド桿8,9を当該経継機本体2から突設する一方
