本発明はブロークン緑茶の製造方法及びそのチョッパー

に中榛機Dに投入して熱風を加えながらかき回し茶葉の
余分な水分を除いた後精裸機Eで熱を加えて乾燥させな
がら茶葉の形を整え、更に乾燥機Fにより茶葉の水分が
4%以下になるまで仕上げ乾燥を施して緑茶を完成する
ものであるがこの様にするときは擬捻工程で練込が不足
する為茶葉の色択が不充分であり加うるに精榛機では無
理に形を整える為に粉茶が発生し易く又、香味を落す等
の欠陥があった。本発明は斯かる問題に鑑み第2図に示
す様に裸捻と精操工程を省き操捻工程に替えて本発明の
チョツパ−装置Gにより粗探した茶葉を強力に練込みな
がら裁断して取り出し、その茶葉を中裸機D及び乾燥機
Fを通して乾燥仕上げして粉茶が少なく、香味や水色の
豊かなブロークン緑茶を消費者に提供せんとしたもので

から振動篭13に薄宜落下する振動杵15により加えら
れている前後の振動のため振動篭13に落下した茶葉は
圧入筒1の入口部へ送られ圧入筒1内で回転している縦
蝿梓軸3により圧入筒1へ進入した茶葉は横鷹梓藤4が
回転している圧入筒3へ圧送されここで強力に練り込み
されながら圧入筒1の排出口部へ送られて横蝿梓軸4の
端部に設けてあるカッター7により細かく裁断されなが
らプレート5の通孔bから押し出され、通孔bから固ま
りとなって押し出されて来た茶菓はプレート5の外側に
設けられた横蝿梓軸4と共に回転している凝梓軸8の内
端面に設けた放射状の突条9により分離させられて取り
出されるものであるが、この様にして細かく裁断されて
取り出された茶葉は中榛機Dに投入され、ここで熱風を
加えながらかき回されて水分が取り除かれ、更に乾燥機
F‘こより仕上乾燥を施されてブロークン緑茶が完成す
るものである。上記の様にして完成されたブロークン緑
茶は従来品と比べ粉茶が非常に少なく、色択、香味、味
、水色等総て優れており又、歩留まりも極めて良好とな
るものである。尚、本発明のチョッパ−装置としては構
造が非常に簡単で、適宜通孔の大きさの異なるプレート
に替えることにより良好なブロークン緑茶を製造出来る
ものであり、プレートの通孔を相当大きくすれば裁断機
能が非常に少なくなるから孫捻機の代替えができ、精操
工程を加えた従釆の製造方法を行なうことも出来るもの
