This causes the problem that the oil that comes into contact with that part is burnt and the oil deteriorates more quickly. The present invention solves the above problems by providing temperature resistance conversion elements at the tip of the temperature detection sensor and at a portion of the temperature detection sensor located near the oil surface, and the normal oil temperature is determined by the temperature resistance element at the tip. The present invention provides a configuration in which the temperature resistance conversion element located near the oil level turns off the power when the oil level drops and the sheathed heater generates abnormal heat.

This fixture 6 also serves to transfer heat from the sheathed heater 1 to the temperature detection sensor 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the coil 7 inside the sheathed heater is naturally treated at a predetermined oil height H or less, and under normal usage conditions, there is no possibility of abnormal heat generation in the sheathed heater located on the oil level. Furthermore, the fixture 6 is positioned to sandwich the thermistor 5.

Further, the relationship between the operating temperatures of the thermistors 4 and 5 is set such that the operating temperature of the upper thermistor 5 is higher than the maximum operating temperature of the lower thermistor 4.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, by quickly detecting abnormal heat generation in the sheathed heater and stopping the energization, it is possible to obtain the effect of not only preventing oil from burning and spoiling, but also preventing the occurrence of a fire.
