。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a refueling nozzle pupil mounting stand for a refueling device that allows a refueling nozzle to be easily and reliably placed on the refueling nozzle mounting stand by utilizing the center of gravity and own weight of the refueling nozzle. be.

It had a structure in which a frame 5 of the nozzle 4 was placed on it to support the refueling nozzle 4.

There was a problem with it falling off with just a slight touch. Therefore, in order to improve this, as shown in FIG. 2, a convex portion 3 is provided on the bottom side 2a of the refueling/jet loading table 2, and the holes and 6 of the frame 5 of the refueling nozzle 4 are connected to the convex portion 3. The refueling nozzle 4 was latched onto the refueling/jet tank platform by aligning the refueling nozzles. With this structure, there is no problem if the worker carefully hangs the refueling nozzle 4 when storing the refueling nozzle, but when the refueling work is crowded and the refueling work is repeated, it is necessary to hang the refueling nozzle 4 near the entrance of the refueling nozzle mounting table 2. If the refueling nozzle 4 is placed in such a condition, even with this improved version, the operator or a third party may slightly touch the refueling hose 7. Even if it's just the refueling nozzle 4 is the battle base 4
It fell off and could not be damaged.
Since the type of liquid handled by the refueling device is dangerous substances such as gasoline, damage to the refueling nozzle 4 would result in a dangerous substance spillage accident, which was extremely dangerous. Furthermore, since the bottom surface of the loading table 2 was horizontal and had a convex portion 3, the refueling nozzle 4 would remain in place unless it was securely hooked, and there was no way of knowing when it would fall off. Furthermore, when the refueling nozzle 4 is engaged and removed by the Tsumei dai 2 having a secondary structure, the refueling nozzle 4 is lifted upward once and the frame 5 of the refueling nozzle 4 and the protrusion of the battle layer holder 2 are connected to each other. The refueling nozzle 4 must be pulled out after disengaging from the part 3, and when it is to be hung, the refueling nozzle 4 must be lowered from above the Hagi layer stand 2, and the convex part 3 of the Sendai stand 2 and the frame 5 of the refueling nozzle 4 must be pulled out. This had the disadvantage that the workability was very poor because the two had to be combined together. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem, and the bottom surface of the calendar table is sloped so that when the refueling nozzle is hooked, the refueling nozzle is attached to the main body of the refueling device. It is characterized by being easily and reliably latched.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, a refueling nozzle mounting table 8 of the present invention is attached to the side la of the refueling device main body 1 with bolts or the like, and the refueling nozzle 4 of the refueling/jet loading table 8 is attached to the side la of the main body 1 of the refueling device. The bottom surface 9 on which it is hooked is inclined so that the base end 9b of the stacking table 8 is lower than the distal end 9a.

Now, if the frame 5 of the refueling nozzle 4 is fixed to the bottom surface 9 of the battle platform 8, the refueling nozzle 4 will be in a state of being inclined toward the refueling device main body 1 side because the bottom surface 9 is inclined, and the refueling nozzle 4 will be tilted toward the refueling device body 1 side. Since the center of gravity G of the frame 5 is shifted toward the oil supply device main body 1 side compared to the case where the bottom surface 9 is horizontal, the frame 5 is reliably latched onto the stacking table 8.

The bottom surface 11 for holding the nozzle 4 is inclined so that the base end 11b is lower than the front end 11a of the mounting base 8'.

説明する。A hole 12 is provided in the bottom surface 11 of the platform 8', and the outer peripheral surface of a roller 14 supported on a shaft 13 projects toward the bottom surface 11 from the hole 12. The case where the refueling nozzle 4 is hooked to the refueling nozzle stacking table 8' having the above structure will be explained.

Move to the 11b side. In this case, since the roller 14 faces the bottom surface 11, the frame 5 of the refueling nozzle 4 is moved more smoothly to the base end 11b side of the Sentaka stand 8', and the entire refueling nozzle 4 is moved to the side of the base end 11b of the Sentaka stand 8'. It will definitely be attached to. In this state, unless you intentionally remove the refueling nozzle 1 from the loading table 8'.
2 will not fall off.

ることができる。Note that magnets 15 and 16 are attached to the base end 11b side of the counterfeit table 8' and to the frame 5 of the refueling nozzle 4, respectively.
, 16 to prevent the refueling nozzle 4 from falling off from the loading table 8' due to vibration etc., it will be even safer. Alternatively, a groove may be provided on the surface of the frame 5 facing the roller 14, and the roller 14 may be inserted into the groove to prevent the refueling nozzle 4 from touching left and right when moving. As described above, the present invention provides a war-suitable bottom surface on which the refueling nozzle is placed with a slope so that when the refueling nozzle is placed on the platform, the refueling nozzle is attached to the main body of the refueling device as shown in FIG. There is no need for troublesome operations such as engaging the convex portion and the hole as in the conventional ones, and the refueling nozzle can be easily and reliably latched by simply placing it on the mount.
