Conventionally, this type of strainer has been provided as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in which foreign matter contained in the fluid moving in the direction of the arrow in the figure in the filter cylinder 5 housed inside has been provided. The filter cylinder 5 is held in a predetermined position by a cap 6 firmly attached to the strainer housing 3. Since the cap 6 is not of a type that can be removed frequently, a separate drainage device must be added to the strainer system in order to drain the fluid from the system after the strainer. For example, when a strainer A is installed in the piping system that supplies water to a solar water heater as shown in Figure 3, a strainer A is installed in the cistern C to prevent the water remaining in the area from the strainer A to the cistern C from freezing. In addition to the strainer A, a drainage device B for draining water must be added between the stop valve V installed in the water supply pipe P that supplies water and the cistern C, and in order to install the drainage device B, There is a problem that parts and labor are added and piping construction costs are high. Also, even if a drainage device is not added, it is necessary to insulate the entire piping route from stop valve V to cistern C to prevent freezing. There is a problem in that piping work is time-consuming due to the need to perform piping work.

In addition, with the conventional strainer shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when it becomes necessary to split the flow of fluid into two directions,
By removing the cap 6 and attaching the outlet 2 and the cap 6, fluid can be sent out from the two locations of the entrance 13, but in this case, the filter tube 5 is also removed along with the cap 6, so it cannot be used as a strainer. There was a problem that functions were lost. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its main purpose is to allow the fluid in the piping path after the strainer to be easily discharged directly from the strainer itself, thereby preventing freezing in the piping path after the strainer. It is possible to reliably prevent this, and the drain port provided in the strainer to drain the fluid always passes the fluid that has passed through the filter cylinder inside the strainer and removed foreign matter, and the drain port is free from foreign matter contained in the fluid. Another object of the present invention is to provide a strainer that does not cause clogging, and another object is to provide a strainer in which a filter tube can be attached and removed at the same time as a cap, and the filter tube can be easily cleaned. The objective is to provide a strainer that can split fluid in two directions through the filter barrel when necessary. The present invention will be described in detail below based on embodiments shown in the figures.

As shown in FIG. 4 and below, the strainer according to the present invention has the following features:
A strainer housing 3 having an inlet 1 at one end and an outlet 2 at the other end, and a filter chamber formed in the strainer housing 3 between the inlet 1 and the outlet 2 and having one end connected to the outside. 4, a filter section 5 that is housed in the filter chamber 4 and removes foreign substances contained in the fluid flowing from the inlet 1 to the outlet 2 and stores the foreign substances therein, and a filter tube that blocks the entrance of the filter chamber 4. 5 to filter chamber 4
a cap 6 that is held in a predetermined position inside the outlet 2, a drain port 7 that penetrates a part of the cap 6 to discharge the fluid supplied to the outlet 2 to the outside, and a drain that opens and closes the drain port 7. The filter tube 5 is a bottomed cylindrical net with one end open, and is held in the filter chamber 4 with its bottom surface in contact with the inner surface of the cap 6 including the drain port 7. 1, the fluid that flows into the filter tube 5 through the entrance of the filter tube 5 passes through the peripheral wall of the filter tube 5 and is sent to the outlet 2. A threaded connection part 9 is provided at the part of the mouth 7 that connects to the outer surface of the cap 6, and a drain plug 8 is provided in the cock body 10, which is detachably connected to the threaded connection part 9, and water is fed from the inlet 1. If the fluid is to be branched out to a location other than the outlet 2, connect another pipe to this threaded connection 9 instead of the cock body 0 so that the fluid that has passed through the filter tube 5 can be routed to the outlet 2 and the threaded connection. An example is shown in which the branch can be branched in two directions through the section 9. Strainer A of the present invention
is installed in a pipe that runs vertically with the inlet 1 at the bottom and the outlet 2 at the top. , as shown in FIG. 4, a partition 11 having a through hole 12
It is divided into two sections, left and right, and an inlet 1 and an outlet 2 each having a female thread are located at one end of each section. Penetration 1
As shown in the figure, the partition 11 on the second periphery is formed approximately parallel to the mouth axis of the strainer A.
A filter chamber 4 is formed between the strainer housing 3 and a cap 6 that is screwed into a closing port 13 provided on a part of the side wall of the strainer housing 3 to close the closing port 13, and a filter cylinder 5 is housed in the filter chamber 4. . The filter section 5 is formed of wire mesh in the shape of a bottomed section with a spout at one end, and both ends are fixed in the partition 11 around the through-hole and the circumferential IJ pipes 14 and 15 protruding from the inner periphery of the cap 6, respectively. It is held in the filter chamber 4, the entrance is aligned with the through-hole 12, the bottom surface is aligned with the inner surface of the cap 6, and the fluid sent from the inlet 1 flows from the through-hole 12 to the filter tube 5, as shown by the arrow in the figure. Go inward;
While passing through the Z filter cylinder 5 and being sent to the outlet 2,
Foreign matter contained in the liquid is captured in the filter pulp 5,
Foreign matter larger than the mesh of the filter cylinder 5 is prevented from advancing to the outlet 2. As shown in the figure, the cap 6 has a male thread 16 provided on its outer periphery that is screwed into the opening 13 of the strainer housing 3, and the closing opening 13 is made watertight by an O-ring 18 between the cap 6 and the opening 13. When cleaning the filter tube 5, use the cap 6.
After removing the filter tube 5, the filter tube 5 is taken out and foreign matter accumulated inside is removed. On the other hand, the drain port 7 has a cap 6
It is provided in the center to pass through the cap 6, and one end matches the bottom surface of the filter cylinder 5. The drain port 7 on the outer surface of the cap 6 has a tapered shape whose diameter increases toward the outside, and has a threaded connection part 9 with a thread carved on the inner circumference, and is detachably connected to this threaded connection part 9. cock body 10
The drain port 7 is opened and closed by a drain plug 8 attached to the drain plug 8. The cock body 10 is formed with a long hole 20 that opens at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and a through hole 21 that closes the long hole 2 at one end and opens at the side periphery of the cock body 10, and the drain plug 8 includes: As shown in FIG. 4, a threaded portion 22 provided in a part of the elongated hole 20
When the drain plug 8 is tightened by grasping the rear knob 23, the elongated hole 20 and the through hole 21 are blocked off at the tip of the drain plug 8, and the drain port 7, which is suitable for the elongated hole 2, is opened. When the drain plug 8 is closed and the drain plug 8 is loosened, the drain plug 8 retreats and the long hole 20 and the through hole 21 are closed.
are in communication with each other, and fluid flows from the drain port 7 to the innermost hole 20 and the through hole 21.
It is extracted to the outside through strainer A.
The fluid flowing through the strainer AC in the pipe in which the strainer AC is installed and a portion of the fluid remaining in the strainer A are extracted through the drain port 7. In other words, as shown in Figure 8, the water supply pipe P to the cistern C, which stores water to be supplied to solar water heaters, etc.
If a stop valve V and a strainer A are installed in the system, if there is waste from freezing, the water in the water supply pipe P after the strainer A can be drawn out by opening the drain valve 8 of the strainer A, and this part will be removed by freezing. Damage to the pipe line can be prevented, and the heat insulating material only needs to be applied to the piping path leading to the strainer A. In addition, since the liquid drawn out from the drain port 7 always passes through the mesh on the bottom of the filter cylinder 5, foreign matter contained in the liquid will not proceed to the drain port 7, and the drain port 7 will not become clogged. It is something. In other words, the drain port 7 is a cylindrical filter tube 5 with a bottom.
The waste that is drained from the drain port 7 is covered with the bottom surface of the filter section 5 and does not contain any foreign matter. Since foreign matter is not contained in the waste water, for example, when a drain pipe is piped to the drain port 7 to drain water, it is possible to prevent the drainage pipe from being clogged by foreign matter.
There is no need to provide a drain structure for removing foreign matter in the drainage piping system, and there is an advantage that the drainage piping system can be simplified. Moreover, since foreign matter is not contained in the water drained from the drain port 7, a branch pipe can be connected to the drain port 7, and it is easy to branch the pipe as necessary. It has the advantage of being possible. By the way, since the cock body 101 equipped with the above-mentioned drain plug 8 is detachably attached to the threaded connection part 9 of the cap 6, it becomes necessary to branch the fluid sent from the inlet 1 to other than the outlet 2. In this case, another pipe can be connected to the cap 6 instead of the cock body 10 using the threaded connection part 9, and this pipe is also connected to the filter cylinder 5 in the same way as the pipe next to the outlet 2.
It is possible to supply liquid after removing foreign matter through the filter. On the other hand, the filter tube 5 may be one in which a net 5b constituting the bottom is formed integrally with a net 5a constituting the side periphery, as shown in FIGS. In addition to the one in which the net 5a on the side circumference is detachable,
As shown in FIG. The handling when attaching and detaching the filter pulp 5 is facilitated, and foreign matter accumulated in the filter pulp 5 can be easily cleaned.
