けられたスイッチ操作ボタン等の外部操作部材は、スイ
ッチoff時、修正回路のスイッチ端子と絶縁されてお
り、その絶縁手段としてはムーブメントに接着されたス
イッチ用戻しバネでスイッチ操作ボタンとスイッチ端子
との間隔を一定に保つ手段とか、又は時計ケース側にス
イッチ用戻しバネを装着し、スイッチ操作ボタンとスイ
ッチ端子との間隔を一定に保つ手段のいずれかがとられ
てきた。前者に於てはスイッチ操作ボタンの数と同数の
スイッチ用の戻しバネを必要とし更に各スイッチ用戻し
バネは各々電源電圧の一方と電気的に接続を取るように
構成しなければならず、製造、組立コストが高くなり、
更に配置上の制約を受ける為任意の位置にスイッチ操作
ボタンを設ける事が出釆なかった。また後者の場合でも
、スイッチ操作ボタンの数と同数のスイッチ用の戻しバ
ネを必要とすることはもちろんのこと、更に時計ケース
側に装置されたパルプ内にコイルバネによりスイッチ用
戻しバネとする為にパイプ径が大きくなり、時計ケース
もこれに付随して厚くなるという欠点があった。本発明
の目的は、上記欠点を解消すべく、時計ムーブメンーの
ほぼ一面を覆う如く装着され、スイッチ操作ボタンと係
合するため外周に複数のバネ部が形成されている金属製
坂部材を具備した電子時計のスイッチ構造を提供するこ
とにある。

形成しており、このバネ部la,lb,lcの先端には
時計ケース13に装着されてなるスイッチ操作ボタン2
,3,4の先端と当たり各バネ部la,lb,lcのバ
ネ力によりスイッチ操作ボタン2,3,4を一定の力で
外側に押しつけるため曲げ部ld,16,lfが設けら
れている。

板部材1,5は時計ムーブメント12のほぼ一面を覆う
ようネジ止め等にり時計ムーブメント12に装着される
。このためスイッチ操作ボタン2,3,4の位置にバネ
部la,lb,lcを配設することができる。前記曲げ
部ldは第3図に示す如くスイッチ操作ボタン2を押さ
ない状態では回路基板6に接続されているスイッチ端子
7と間隔8により絶縁されており、更にスイッチ操作ボ
タン2を押すことにより曲げ都ldはスイッチの可動綾
片としてスイッチ端子7と電気的に接触し時刻修正等の
動作をとる。又、前記曲げ部le,lfに対応するスイ
ッチ端子(図示せず)も、曲げ部ldとスイッチ端子7
と同様の関係を有している。又、金属製板部材1には電
池9を支持するための電池押えバネ10が回転可能にビ
ョウ11によって固定されている。電池9は電池押えバ
ネ9によって固定され電池9のプラス極9aは金属製板
部材1及び5を介し、更に金属製坂部材5が具備した曲
げ部5d,5eにより回路基板6へと導通されている。
又、信頼性を向上する為に金属製板部材5に5f,5g
の曲げ部により電池9の側面からプラス極9aをとるよ
うにしている。そして金属製板部材1,5は回路基板6
の保持及び静電シールドをする機能をも有し、更に時計
ムーブメント12に対し機械的補強を行なうとともに、
金属製板部材1,5に形成された穴又は切り欠けによっ
て時計部品の位置決めあるいは保持をも行なっている。
又、金属製板部材1のバネ部la,lb,lcはスイッ
チ操作ボタン2,3,4を復帰させる為、又、誤動作を
防ぐ為に大きな力(約250g位)が必要であり、金属
製坂部材5のバネ部5d,5e,5f,5gは、各々回
路基板6,電池9に導通させれば良くバネ力は4・さく
てよい。以上説明したように、本発明によれば時計ケー
スにスイッチ操作ボタンの戻しバネを具備しなくても良
いのでケースの厚さが薄く出釆、しかも複数のスイッチ
操作ボタンの戻しバネ及びスイッチの可動接片を兼ねた
複数のバネ部を金属製板部材上に一体形成する事により
製造コストの減少及びアースを取るのが簡単になり、戻
しバネ部の形状も外部操作部材と対応する部分にのみ立
上がり部を形成したので、大きなバネ力が得られ誤動作
等を防ぐことが出来る等の効果があり、時計の薄型化に
果たす役割は大である。
