。Conventionally, sponge lace pattern fabrics made of thermoplastic synthetic resin with three-dimensional patterns have been produced by filling the concave parts of an indented mold with thermoplastic synthetic resin containing a foaming agent and heating to decompose the foaming agent. However, since it was manufactured by foaming a synthetic resin, it was not possible to create a three-dimensional pattern that exceeded the foaming ratio, and it also had the disadvantage of not having sufficient elasticity and feel.

ス模様地を発泡させた点を要旨とするものである。In addition, the mold-foamed product can only form protrusions corresponding to the mold pattern, and when the mold-preformed product is foamed outside the mold, the foaming ratio is larger than that of the mold-foamed product. However, since it is preformed within the mold, the protrusion is still limited by the mold pattern. The present invention was invented to eliminate these drawbacks. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to foam a lace-patterned fabric made of thermoplastic synthetic resin that is intaglio molded at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent. Sponge lace that partially prevents the pattern from expanding in the lateral direction, creating a three-dimensional pattern that protrudes upward, and that has a three-dimensional effect that is higher than the foaming ratio, and has good elasticity and feel. The object of the present invention is to provide a simple method for producing a patterned fabric, and to achieve this objective, the present invention is to provide a lace patterned fabric made of thermoplastic synthetic resin that has been intaglio molded at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of a blowing agent. The lace pattern is placed along a freely rotatable rotating cylinder with unevenness and in contact with the convex part, and heated to a temperature higher than the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent to weld the lace pattern to the convex part, and the welding force is increased. The gist is that the welding force is greater than the decomposition and expansion force of the foaming agent, and the lace pattern fabric is foamed.

2 is a rotary cylinder with a rough surface, in other words, it has an uneven surface and is free to rotate; 2 is a lace pattern fabric made by intaglio molding a thermoplastic paste sol containing a foaming agent at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent; The sheath patterned area 2 is placed along the rotating cylinder with its smooth surface facing the rotating cylinder 1, and is in contact with the convex portion 3 of the cylinder 1, and the contact surface is, as will become clear later, When the lace pattern fabric 2 and the convex portion 3 are welded together, the bonding area is such that the welding force is greater than the decomposition and expansion force of the foaming agent.

In other words, between the welding points and the welding points, the force is difficult to act on the part where the lace pattern 2 faces the concave part of the rotating cylinder 1 and is away from the rotating cylinder 1, so this part is the same as above. As the wall thickness P becomes larger, the additional force due to the expansion force of the foam, in other words, the special effect, creates a raised three-dimensional pattern 4 in the welded portion as shown in the figure, which is larger than the wall thickness P. , a cavity a is formed between the rotating cylinder and the three-dimensional pattern 4.

。That is, the resistance of the welded portion prevents the lace pattern 2 from expanding in the horizontal direction, and as a result, a longitudinal shark is formed in the lace pattern 2, and the shark becomes the three-dimensional pattern 4.
