Lines appear on the surface of the product, resulting in poor appearance and weak strength.

品の仕上、品質の向上を図ろうとするものである。As a countermeasure, it may be possible to eliminate lines by forming the gate in the shape of a long hole along the length of the cavity and injecting molten resin from the only hole-shaped gate (film gate). This has the disadvantage that it is not easy to remove the runner from the molded product, resulting in poor workability. The present invention has been made in view of the above, and by forming the gate in the hole shape along the longitudinal direction of the cavity and providing a movable piece for opening and closing the gate, it is possible to eliminate the need to cut out the runner and simultaneously form the mold. The aim is to improve the finish and quality of products.

A cavity 3 is formed at the parting line of the movable mold 2 in a closed state, and the cavity 3 forms a bumper for an automobile in this embodiment, and its cross section is shown in FIG. However, in the present invention, gate 4
is formed in the shape of a long hole along the longitudinal direction of the cavity 3. Then, a cylinder 6 is mounted on the mounting member 5 fixed to the outer surface of the movable mold 2, and the movable mold 2 faces the fixed mold 1.
A movable piece 7 that can freely slide in the lateral direction is provided in a part of the movable piece 7, and a piston rod 8 of the cylinder 6 is fixed to the movable piece 7, so that the movable piece 7 slides inside the movable mold 2 by the expansion and contraction movement of the piston rod 8. make it move. A groove-shaped runner 9 is bored on the surface of the movable piece 7 facing the fixed mold 1. Runner 9 is gate 4
When the movable piece 7 slides, the valve lo located at the edge of the movable piece 7 can open and close the gate 4. Oil flows from the sublug 12 to the runner 9 through the This is a passage formed diagonally in the fixed mold 1 for supplying molten resin, and a band heater 13 is wound around the passage so that the molten resin does not cool and solidify on the way. 1
Reference numeral 4 denotes an eject rod inserted into a bush 15 fixed to the movable piece 7 so that it can move forward and backward, and the tip of the eject rod faces the runner 9.

る。Since the gate 4 is formed to have the largest hole, the molten resin flows into the cavity 3 without being separated and is quickly filled into the cavity 3. Then, when the synthetic resin in the cavity 3 becomes semi-molten, the cylinder 6 is actuated, the movable piece 7 is pulled in the direction of the cylinder 6, the gate 4 is closed by the valve part 10, and the resin in the cavity 3 and the lasona 9 Separate the resin inside. Next, after the resin in the cavity 3 is completely cooled and solidified, the movable mold 2 is separated from the fixed mold 1 and the molded product 16 is taken out as shown in FIG. Furthermore, runner 9
When the resin piece 17 is hardened inside, the semi-molten resin located at the outlet 11' of the passage 11 is extracted together with the resin piece 17 during the rock molding, and a conical shape is formed in the resin piece 17. A portion 17' is formed so that the resin in the outlet portion 11' is removed every stroke to prevent the outlet portion 11' from becoming clogged. The resin piece 17 is detached from the runner 9 and removed by the eject rod 14 protruding during demolding.
As explained above in the embodiments, in the injection mold of the present invention, the gate is formed in the shape of a long hole along the longitudinal direction of the cavity, so that even when obtaining a long molded product, the injected resin is Because it can be quickly filled into the cavity without separating, products with excellent quality and strength can be molded without creating unsightly resin fusion lines on the surface of the molded product.
