As a result, it has been pointed out that the product is somewhat less suitable for mechanical packaging.

なる点にある。For this reason, polypropylene-based films have come to be used as non-toxic shrink wrapping films in place of polyvinyl chloride-based films, but this film leaves avatars on the surface, resulting in poor appearance and shrinkage. This requires high temperatures and the shrinkable temperature range is narrow, resulting in poor workability.
There were drawbacks such as troubles easily occurring in terms of shrinkage temperature control. Therefore, in order to improve these drawbacks, it is thought that appropriate resins such as butyne are further blended with polypropylene resin, but these products can improve the drawbacks caused by polypropylene resin alone. However, on the other hand, there were drawbacks such as blocking properties and weakening of the waist, making it impractical. The present inventors aimed to improve these shortcomings. As a result of intensive research, we have developed a new product that is firm, has good slip properties, is suitable for mechanical packaging, is non-toxic, has excellent transparency, and does not cause blocking phenomena. We have successfully developed a film for shrink packaging, and its features include a styrene content of 65-90% and a butadiene content of 10%.

The cough temperature is preferably in the range of 1.0 to 2.0, and polystyrene is a general resin that is heat resistant grade and has a heat distortion temperature of 90°C (according to the test method of JISK-6871). It is necessary to have the above heat resistance, and preferably one in the range of 95° C. to the rudder will give suitable results.

A resin containing 0 to 2% by weight is used, and the reason is as follows. For example, styrene content 65-90
%, a film made solely of styrene-butadiene block copolymer with a butadiene content of 10 to 35% is weak and has poor packaging workability and shrinkage workability, and a film made only of polystyrene lacks impact resistance. It has the disadvantage of being easily damaged. On the other hand, in the present invention, the above-mentioned specific polymer and specific polystyrene are blended in specific weight percentages, thereby eliminating the drawbacks caused by these alone.

50 to 2% by weight of polystyrene is limited to less than the weight% of the copolymer 5, and 50 to 2% by weight of the polystyrene 5.
If the film contains less than 9% by weight of the copolymer and less than 2% by weight of polystyrene, the film will have poor impact resistance and be easily damaged or cracked, making it impractical. This is because the shrinkage workability is poor and the packaged articles lack bulk and crispness, making it difficult to expect a wide range of uses. Although the above-mentioned resin is used in the present invention, if the film is required to have a high degree of slipperiness, a well-known lubricant may be added.

Furthermore, an antistatic agent may be added if necessary, and examples of the antistatic agent include well-known ones such as glycerin fatty acid ester and sorbitan fatty acid ester. In order to produce the film of the present invention from a compound having the composition as described above, a conventional technique for producing a film from a thermoplastic resin is used.
Thereafter, it is stretched along one axis in the weft direction depending on the intended use.

When this film was used to label bottles as shown in FIG. 2, it was possible to carry out the mechanical packaging smoothly. As described above, the film of the present invention is non-toxic compared to its predecessors, has strong elasticity and good slip properties, and has excellent mechanical packaging properties.Furthermore, the film has good transparency and is superior in that it does not cause blocking phenomena. In addition to being expected to find suitable uses in packaging for covering the openings of containers, label packaging, twist packaging, etc., it can also be used to package various products, and the wrapped products can be expected to have the effect of increasing the commercial value.
