基本的な目的としている。For this reason, with a highly sticky furnace cake, the upper half can be separated from the furnace cloth and collected by falling due to the vibration of the furnace cloth, but some of the lower half can be recovered because there is no vibration of the furnace cloth. Even if the cloth falls under its own weight, the furnace cloth remains attached to the surface of the furnace cloth and cannot be peeled off, resulting in a problem of deterioration of lacquer performance. The present invention has been made in view of this problem, and includes a support structure for a furnace cloth that can provide chicks with good furnace clearness over the entire surface of the furnace cloth when the furnace plate is opened. The basic objective is to provide a furnace cloth device for a fixed sea cloth filter press.

The lower end of the furnace cloth is attached using the cloth lower end attachment member, and the raw solution supply plate is attached to the furnace cloth so as to match the raw solution supply hole of the furnace plate. With the furnace plates mutually tightened, a pair of opposing furnaces At least one of the cloth stock solution supply plates was provided with a protrusion that formed a gap between both stock solution supply plates, and the stock solution was supplied between the pair of furnace cloths through the gap.

The supporting metal fittings are fixed to the lower end of the furnace plate, and the protruding portion of the stock solution supply plate is made of the head of a bolt that attaches the stock solution supply plate to the furnace cloth or a nut that is fixed to the bolt. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a furnace cloth bag pupil of a furnace cloth fixed type filter press in which the furnace cloth can vibrate together with the stock solution supply plate in a state in which the furnace cloths are opened to each other. The above-mentioned gap is formed by butting bolt heads against each other, or nuts against each other, or by butting together bolt heads and a stock solution supply plate. The above bolts include countersunk head bolts, blood screws, hexagonal head bolts,
means pin etc. As described above, in the furnace cloth device according to the present invention, by applying vibration to the upper end support member of the furnace cloth in a state where the furnace plates are opened from each other, it is possible to completely vibrate the furnace cloth with the lower end fixed. The stock solution supply plate vibrates together with the furnace cloth and does not restrict the vibration of the furnace cloth.

However, it means a type that is substantially fixed to the furnace plate.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. In FIG. 1, 1 is a front stand that supports the main plate 2 and has a stock solution supply pipe 3 and a furnace solution supply pipe 4 attached thereto, and 5 is a hydraulic cylinder for attaching cotton with a plunger tip connected to the center of the back of a movable plate 6. The peeling of the cake can be promoted, and this type of filter press has the advantage of stably maintaining its filtration performance.

Moreover, there is no way to restrict the vibration of the furnace cloth. Also, when the furnace cloth vibrates,
Since the stock solution supply plate also vibrates together with the furnace cloth, the stock solution supply plate can promote the vibration of the furnace cloth by its own weight.
Also, since the furnace cloth is equipped with a stock solution supply plate, there are no vertical wrinkles on the furnace cloth surface. It is possible to uniformly vibrate the entire surface of the furnace cloth, which is held flat, without causing diagonal wrinkles. In addition, since the furnace cloth is not fixed to the furnace plate, it is easy to attach and remove the furnace cloth, and the vertical attachment of the furnace cloth by the raw solution supply plate and the furnace plate is released for each furnace plate connection frame. Tightening of the furnace cloth, fatigue,
Damage etc. can be effectively prevented. Furthermore, since the bolt head of the protruding part of the stock solution supply plate is constructed with a nut, a gap is formed between the pair of stock solution supply plates in all directions such as top, bottom, left and right, and the stock solution is distributed between the pair of furnace cloths as a whole. Can be supplied.
