In other words, as is well known, this type of wear-resistant steel and high-alloy steel is extremely difficult to weld and requires special advanced welding techniques, equipment, and materials, and even if repaired by simple build-up welding at the work site, it will not work. It is difficult to put it into practical use as cracks may occur or the welded part may peel off due to strong impact, and it is difficult to carry out small repairs. In the case of jaw crushers, cost savings are achieved by repositioning the worn lower part to the upper position and then replacing the entire tooth plate.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a method for easily repairing high-manganese rust by welding at work sites, etc., so that it can withstand severe usage conditions. We focused on the fact that steel and ordinary steel, and ordinary steel, can be joined extremely easily and strongly by hand welding at the work site by selecting welding wires, and we have prepared in advance with easily weldable steel materials, such as carbon-containing steel. A high-hardness, wear-resistant filler metal is melted by electroslag welding or electrogas arc welding into a section of the required shape made of medium- to low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, or ordinary steel, which is not very large in quantity. The gist is to prepare a part made of adhesive-filled material, to fit the easily weldable steel part of this part into close contact with the part of equipment, machinery, etc. that needs repair or replacement, and to join these two parts by welding. shall be.

次に実施例に基いて本法をさらに説明する。Next, the present method will be further explained based on examples.

Figure 1 is a perspective view showing examples of replacement and repair parts for jaw crushers, and Figure 2 is for grizzly bears. In these figures, 1 indicates a member of a desired shape made of easily weldable steel, such as common steel Kinju steel, and 2 indicates a member made of a highly hard and wear-resistant metal, such as C: 2.0%, Cr: 15%. It is a highly hard and wear-resistant part that forms the repair teeth of a jaw crusher or the bar of a Grizz IJ, using deposited metal made of steel and other hardenable welding wires.

The shape of the section 1 shall be determined according to the shape of the parts of equipment, machines, etc. that require wear resistance, and in this example, the tooth plate of the jaw crusher shown in FIG. It has a circular waterfall shape that approximately corresponds to the wear-resistant portion.

To fuse the highly hard and wear-resistant metal 2 to the easily weldable steel part 1, vertical welding is performed using a commercially available high chromium welding wire, martensitic 13% chromium welding wire, or other hardened welding wire. The high hardness and wear-resistant metal 2 can be fused and filled into the crane of the member 1 by such methods. An example of the analyzed components of the filler metal portion 2 when filled by the electroslag welding method is as follows, and the hardness of the filler portion in this case is 55 to 59 on the Rockwell C scale (HRC). Next, a groove 8 for welding is provided in the part 5 as necessary, and the easily weldable steel part 1 is closely attached to the repaired part processed as described above, and the repair is completed by joining by welding 9 as shown in the opening in Figure 3. . In this case, welding between the component 5 and the repaired portion of the tooth plate of the crusher is performed using AIS1309AWSE307, which is generally used for welding mild steel and 13% manganese steel.
Can be easily and firmly welded using a close wire such as -15. Note that the coated portion of the easily weldable steel member that protrudes from the surrounding tooth surfaces wears out quickly, and soon the tooth surfaces of the high hardness and wear-resistant metal 2 become foggy, exhibiting their original characteristics and resisting repeated severe impacts. It has enough strength to withstand use without causing the repaired tooth part to peel off. If it is necessary to match the heights of the tooth surfaces from the beginning of the repair, the protruding portion of the easily welded steel 1 may be removed to match the surrounding tooth surfaces after welding 9. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the bar of Grizz IJ-.

As is well known, grizzly bears are used for sorting out large chunks that are fed to mining machines such as crushers, and are usually made by placing multiple pieces of steel such as round poles in parallel at predetermined intervals in a frame. The installed one is used. This is placed tilted toward the crusher, and a frame stone or the like is dropped from a shooter or the like above it. The small pieces fall down between the bars, and the pieces that need to be crushed are fed to the crusher via the grizzly. As mentioned above, the bars of this Grizz IJ are generally made of round bars made of structural steel, and other shapes such as shaped steel are also used, but as can be understood from the above, they are subject to extremely high wear.
In particular, the wear and tear at the drop point from the shoe is significant.

The attachment of this part may extend over the entire length of the bar, or it may be limited to areas susceptible to wear, such as the falling part which is particularly subjected to impact. By pre-reinforcing in this way, the durability of the Grizzly is significantly increased compared to the prior art. Moreover, if the parts of the reinforced part are partially worn out, as shown in the opening in Figure 4, the part 7 on the bar material
is removed as indicated by the broken line 6 by gouging or gas cutting, for example, so that the parts can be accommodated. Next, weld the part 5 with a welding groove 8 (see Fig. 4 C) as necessary.
The easily welded steel part 1 is brought into close contact with the processed repaired part, and the repair is completed by joining by welding 9 as shown in FIG. 4'. The embodiments of the present invention have been described above using the tooth plate of a jaw crusher and the bar of a grizzly bear as examples. Similarly, the present invention can strengthen the wear resistance of the raw material receiving portion of a blast furnace bell, or It is possible to repair worn parts, and can also be used for reinforcing, repairing, and replacing parts of industrial machinery and structures that require high hardness and wear resistance. Not limited to
Since the shape can be selected to be easy to repair according to the shape of the applicable part of the machine or device, it can be expected to be applied to an extremely wide range of objects.
