Description
本発明は煮炊用熱源と焼成用熱源を備えるクッキングテ
ーブル等の加熱調理器に関するものである。
一般にこの種のクッキングテーブル等の加熱調理器は、
調理内容の熱効率の面から煮炊用熱源と焼成用熱源を備
え、これら熱源は切換操作部によって煮炊用熱源のみ、
あるいは焼成用熱源のみというように制御されるように
なっている。
ところが、焼成用熱源を使用する場合に誤まって切換操
作部の発熱させる方向に移動、あるいは煮炊用熱源を使
用する場合に謀まって切換操作部を焼成用熱源を発熱さ
せる方向に移動する恐れがあって、その時の調理が効率
よく行えない問題があった。
発明は以上のような点に留意し、熱源上への焼成用調理
プレートの配設時において、切換操作部は煮炊用熱源の
発熱方向への移動を不能とするとともに、焼成用熱源の
発熱方向への移動を可能とし、さらに熱源上への煮炊用
五徳の配設時において、切換操作部は焼成用熱源の発熱
方向への移動を不能とするとともに、煮炊用熱源の発熱
方向への移動を可能として語使用による調理効率の低下
を防止するものである。
以下その一実施例を図に基づいて説明する。
図において、1はテーブル天板で、その裏面周囲に纂板
2を設けるとともに四隅には脚3が取付けてある。4は
上記夫板1の略中央部に設けた関口で、その下部にケー
ス5が取付けてあり、煮炊バーナ6と煮炊バーナ7とが
設けてある。

一端15b,16bを前記汁受皿8より開口4内へと突
出させた煮炊、焼成用ロック棒15,16が臨ませてあ

そしてこの状態から蓋11を外すと運動変換部材17,
18に取付けたバネ25,26の附勢力によって開□側
ロック綾15,16の一端15a,16aが上昇し、コ
ック側ロック棒15″,16″の他端15b,16bが
一旦ロック板14から外れる。
次にこの状態で煮炊料理を行なおうと五徳9上に鍋(図
示せず)を戦暦すると、五徳9の近くに突出させた焼成
用ロック棒16の端部16aが押圧され、その他端16

するようになる。

以上のように本発明によれば、熱漉し[への凝成用調理

の配設時において、切換操作部は焼成用熱源の発熱方向
への移動を不能とするとともに「煮炊用熱源への発熱方
