プ装置とにより被覆線を所定寸度に切断するとともに該
切断部両側の被覆を剥取り、さらに前記下流側線材クラ
ンプ装置が線材送給方向に対してほぼ直角方向に揺動し
て切断被覆線後端を前記切断刃群側部に配設した端子圧
着装置に向つて差出し、該被覆剥取端部に端子圧着を行
うごとくしたものにおいて、前記下流側線材クランプ装
置は、全体に線材送給方向に移動可能且つ該線材送給方
向に直角な一垂直面内で回動可能としたアームと、該ア
ームの先端に設けた開閉可能な一対の把持爪とから構成
し、これとは別に前記下流側線材クランプ装置と端子圧
着装置間に配置し線材移動軌跡に沿つて前記切断刃群側
部より端子圧着装置前面に至る間の移動線材の案内を行
う弾性材より成る線材ガイド、並びに前記端子圧着装置
前面に配置し上下方向に向う挾持面により被端子圧着被
覆線を緩挾持可能とした線材位置決め挾持装置を設けた
ことを特徴とする連続端子圧着機。 2 前記線材ガイドは1本のばね鋼線から成り、下端基

ームの先端に固設し閉状態において適宜間隔をもつて垂
直方向にほぼ平行に延びる平坦な対向面を有する1対の
挾持部材と、前記両開閉アーム間に介在させて設け前記
対向面の間隔の徴調整を可能とした挾持力調整機構とか
ら成る特許請求の範囲第1項記載の連続端子圧着機。 4 前記挾持力調整機構は、前記開閉アームの一方のア
ーム外方より他方のアームに向けてねじ棒を螺挿し、ロ
