Conventionally, in such cases, only the sludge within a circular area centered around the rotating shaft was scraped off, and the sludge outside that area was left as is, or a fixed arm fixed to the rotating shaft and its outer end were scraped off. A movable arm pivoted on a vertical axis is provided with a scraper blade, and the scraper blade on the fixed arm scrapes the sludge from the innermost radius of the sedimentation basin, and the movable arm moves the roller at its tip to the gravity of the dowel. The movable arm is always pressed against the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the sedimentation basin so that the scraper blade on the lower side of the movable arm scrapes the sludge along the inner surface of the peripheral wall. However, with this configuration, the transmission mechanism that uses wires, wire sheaves, etc. to transmit the gravity of the turtle weight to the movable arm becomes complicated and prone to failure, and the rollers are always pressed against the sedimentation tank wall, so It is necessary to install a guide rail made of corrosion-resistant material as a guide for the roller, which requires a lot of effort in constructing the housing lot, and requires a large driving force because the roller is firmly attached to the guide rail while rotating the rotating shaft. There is a problem. In view of the above problems, the present invention has a movable arm attached to the tip of a fixed arm, which is rotated by a liquid cylinder, and this cylinder is controlled by a pressurized water blowing nozzle provided at the tip of the movable arm. By using a device, the movable arm can be guided accurately without coming into contact with the wall of the sedimentation tank. The details are as follows.

The length of the fixed arm 3 is slightly shorter than the minimum radius of the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the sedimentation tank 1, and when the fixed arm 3 is rotated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. A plurality of scraper blades 4 are fixed to scrape the sludge at the bottom toward the center. A movable arm 7 is pivotally connected to the tip of the fixed arm 3 by a vertical shaft 5, and a scraper blade 17 is fixed to the lower part of the movable arm.

This nozzle 8 is connected to a pressure water tank 9 through a pipe 10, and a pressure switch 11 is provided in the middle of this pipe 10.
This pressure switch 11 controls a hydraulic pressure source 12 for operating the hydraulic cylinder 6. This hydraulic pressure source 12 consists of a hydraulic tank, a hydraulic pump, an electromagnetic switching valve, etc., and controls the hydraulic pressure to the cylinder 6 to move the piston punch 13 of the cylinder 6 forward and backward. The pressure water tank 9, pressure switch 11, and operating hydraulic pressure source 12 are installed on a bridge 18 constructed above the sedimentation tank 1, and the fixed arm 3 is connected by a rotary joint in the middle of the pipe 10. Further, the koji 2 and its driving device are also attached to the bridge 13. The pressure water tank 9 has a water level gauge 14 and a water level gauge 1.
It is equipped with a water supply pipe 16 having an electromagnetic valve 15 controlled by a water valve 4, and the water level is always maintained within a certain range.

The present invention has the above configuration, and the shaft 2 continues to rotate at a constant speed in the direction of the arrow along with the fixed arm 3 by the driving device. Therefore, the scraper blade 4 on the lower side of the fixed arm 3 scrapes the sludge on the bottom of the settling tank 1 toward the center. Further, the pressure water in the tank 9 is ejected from the nozzle 8 via the valve 11, and the pressure switch 11 is activated by the water pressure so that the distance between the nozzle 8 and the inner wall surface A of the settling tank 1 is within a predetermined range. The hydraulic pressure from the operating hydraulic pressure source 12 to the cylinder 6 is controlled to move the piston punch 13 forward and backward, and the movable arm 7 is rotated.

That is, when the distance between the nozzle 8 and the arm of the sedimentation tank 1 opens more than the set value, the resistance to water blowing out from the nozzle 8 decreases, so the water pressure in the pipe 10 decreases, which causes the pressure switch 11 to actuate and close the cylinder. Hydraulic pressure is applied to the front part of the piston 13 to move the piston village 13 backward, and the movable arm 7 is rotated counterclockwise toward FIG. 1 to bring the nozzle 8 closer to the wall surface A. Also, nozzle 8
When the distance between A and wall A becomes narrower than the set value, the resistance to the water blown out from the nozzle 8 increases and the pressure inside the pipe 10 rises, causing the pressure switch 11 to work in the opposite direction and apply liquid pressure to the rear of the cylinder 13. Move the piston punch forward, rotate the movable arm 7 clockwise, and release the nozzle 8 from the wall surface A.

As described above, the present invention uses the pressure switch 11 as a change in the resistance of the water blown out from the nozzle 8 as a change in the water pressure in the pipe 10.
act, actuating the cylinder 6 and rotating the movable arm 7, thereby keeping the tip of the movable arm 7 always in the sedimentation tank 1.
This is made to follow the inner wall surface A of the surrounding wall.

Therefore, no matter what shape the wall surface A has, the movable arm 7 moves to accurately follow the shape, and the scraper blade 17 at the bottom of the movable arm 7 moves to remove the wall surface that was not scraped by the scraper blade 4 of the fixed arm 3. All of the sludge from A to the vicinity of the outer end of the scraper blade 4 is gathered toward the center and further scraped toward the center by the scraper blade 4. Therefore, in the case of the present invention, there is no need to provide anything such as a guide rail on the inner periphery of the sedimentation tank 1, and no complicated machinery is required, so that smooth operation with fewer breakdowns is possible.
