置の液槽底部にボルト、ナットにより固定されていた。
従って振動子面の清掃を行なう場合、その清掃がきわめ
て煩雑であるとともに、振動子と発振回路とが電線にて
接続されているため、振動子と発振回路をはずす場合、
電線を切る等の手間がいるもので、サービス性の低下を
きたしていた。本発明は上記従来の欠点を除去するため
になされたもので、以下、図面に従って説明する。

器4は一般には接点で構成されてもよいのであるが、本
発明においては磁気的に結合して、高周波電力が供給さ
れるような形をとっているため、更に分離が容易となり
、その作果、霧化室カバー1を外すことにより振動子3
が容易に行なえるとともに、振動子交換時におけるサー
ビス性の向上に寄与するものである。

るめたりするという作業をすることなく、振動子を簡単
に取出して清掃を行なうことができ、また振動子の液槽
への設置も、振動子を液槽の内底部に配設するだけで発
振回路との磁気的結合がなされるため、そのサービス性
も著しく向上させることができるものである。
