とすることが多いものであるが、従来は圧造後に全ての
加工を二次加工によって行っており、従って圧造成形品
の生産能率が低下し、又別途に切削加工の為機械・装置
を必要とする為設備及び手間が余分にかかりコスト高を

ス20に通常のパンチに代えてばね21により弾圧的に
支持された回転可能な押圧体2aが装備され、この押圧
体2aでラムの前進時に素材5の頭部を押えて移動ぶれ
を生じないようにさせている。実施例では工具8は下か
ら上向きに突出するものを一つだけ設けた場合を示した
が横或いは上に設けてもよく、又2方向或いは3方向か
ら進退移動するように工具取付台8aを複数設ける場合
もあり、さらに工具8は用途目的に応じて種々のものを

本発明は上述のように多段圧造工程中に必要な段のダィ
を利用して庄造素材をチャック機構で位置にセットして
切削工具によって任意に切削加工を施すことができるも
ので、圧造中に生じるバリや切断優等を最終工程までに
除去し、又横切りや面取り加工等種々の切削加工が簡易
に行える為従来二次加工として別途に行っていた作業を
簡略化して生産能率を著るしく高め、コストの低減を図

して転中に前記素材に溝切り、面取り等の切削加工を施
す切削工具とを夫々配備してなることを特徴とする多段
式圧造ホーマーにおける切削加工装置。1.
