) is related to a veneer processing device that stacks and transports veneer sheets. Prior Art Conventionally, in a veneer processing device that overlaps veneers cut into predetermined lengths, the mutual position of the veneers to be overlapped,
In addition, the configuration is such that overlay control is performed by accurately detecting the shape using each detector, etc., and the veneers that are overlaid have a characteristic that the shape becomes extremely uneven due to cracks, curls, etc. Because of this, it had the disadvantage that the veneers could not be reliably stacked on top of each other.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present applicant has previously developed a "veneer high-speed stacking device (Japanese Patent Application No. 54-168842)",
``We proposed and applied for a veneer stacking device (submitted on May 8, 1972), but in the above device, the distance difference between the lengths of the first and second conveyance paths is constant. Since the structure is such that the cut veneers are arranged so that the cut veneers are overlapped with each other, it has a drawback that it cannot respond to changes in the predetermined length.

The control circuit 19 calculates the length of the veneer S in response to the detection signal SS from the detector 20, and sends a drive signal DS to the rotating member 21 every time the counted value reaches the selected predetermined length 1. , and rotates the cutting blade 2 in one direction to cut the veneer S to form a cut veneer 6a having a predetermined length 1, and drives the drive signal DS2 in response to the detection signal SS. The signal is output to the member 4, and the first and second conveyors 7 and 8 are driven synchronously. In addition, in order to prevent errors from occurring in the predetermined length 1 of each cut veneer Sa that is separately conveyed to both transport conveyors 7 and 8, a counter for correcting the counted value is provided in the control circuit 19, and the main loader is The occurrence of the above-mentioned error can be prevented by a configuration in which the cut veneer is straightened or a counter is provided to count the predetermined length of each cut veneer that is carried in separately above and below. In the above state, after the cut veneer Sa, which has been carried in by the cutting discrimination device 3, is conveyed by the first conveyor 7, the cut veneer Sa2, which has been carried in by discrimination, is conveyed by the second conveyor 8. The cut veneer Sa is sandwiched between the conveyor belt 7a and the guide belt 9, and is conveyed in a detour with a distance difference that is an odd multiple of a predetermined length 1, compared to the conveyance process length 14 of the second conveyor belt 8. , the cut veneers Sa, , Sa2 are superimposed on each other at the terminal end 6.

Along with the above movement, the terminal end is displaced from 6 to 6', and the conveyance process length is changed from 13 to 13' and 14 to 14' so that there is a distance difference between the two that is an odd multiple of the changed predetermined length 1,'. are respectively displaced. In the above condition, cut veneer Sa,,S
A2 is carried in alternately and transferred to the first and second conveyors 7, 8.
When conveyed, the cut veneer Sa, is conveyed in a detour while being held between the conveyor belt 7a and the guide belt 9, and is superimposed on the cut veneer Sa2 at the terminal end 6' in the same manner as described above.

In this embodiment, the cut veneer panels Sa are overlapped with each other with their edges in the conveyance direction aligned, but the present invention is capable of changing the conveyance process length of at least one of the conveyance paths in response to a change in the predetermined length. The length of the conveyance process is changed to have a distance difference between an odd number multiple of the selected predetermined length and an appropriate distance that can be used to distinguish the overlapped cut veneers from each other, and the cut veneers are shifted appropriately from each other. The present invention may also be implemented with a configuration in which the stacked cut veneers are clearly distinguished from each other and the work of taking out the cut veneers is accelerated in, for example, the assembly process, drying process, etc. Further, the present invention formally includes a cutting device and a discrimination device, and after the cutting device cuts the veneer into predetermined lengths, the discrimination device cuts the cut veneer into first and second pieces. It is also possible to carry out a configuration in which the materials are transported separately to the conveyance path.

Further, in this embodiment, the actuating member 17 was used to vary the length of the conveyance process, but the present invention has a structure in which the tension roll and the tiner roll are manually screwed into preset positions each time the length is changed. Even if there is, it can be implemented.

The cutting discrimination device 24 cuts the continuous narrow-width veneer S or the continuous veneer S each time it reaches a predetermined length 1, and also cuts the cut veneer Sa when at least one of the above-mentioned veneers Sa changes in the predetermined length. The cut veneers Sa are transported into the first and second transport paths 24 and 26 whose lengths are varied to correspond to the corresponding transport process lengths, and the cut veneers Sa are superimposed on each other at the six terminal positions, and the one-piece cut veneer Sa is transferred to a stacker. 27, and if necessary, the narrow-width cut veneer Sa is carried out to the stacker 28 and stacked. Note that the cutting discrimination device 23 is not activated for the continuous veneer S to be cut in the middle stage of cutting, and after being cut into predetermined lengths by another cutting discrimination device 24, the first and second veneers are cut. The materials are transported separately to transport paths 25 and 26.

Effects As explained above, the present invention has first and second conveyance paths having the same starting and ending ends, and is arranged at a position before the starting end, and cuts a veneer veneer into predetermined lengths. and a cutting discrimination device that forms cut veneer veneers and carries the cut veneer veneers alternately into the two conveyance paths, and a predetermined length of the cut veneer veneers is added to the conveyance process length of both the conveyance paths. In a veneer veneer processing device in which the cut veneer veneers are stacked on top of each other at the ends of both conveyance paths with a distance difference of approximately an odd number times, in the middle of either of the two conveyance paths, With a configuration equipped with a process length changing member that moves in response to changes in the predetermined length of the cut veneer veneer and changes the conveyance process length to an arbitrary length, the predetermined length can be changed with a simple configuration without changing the conveyance path. This is a veneer processing device that can change the conveyance process length in response to changes in the number of sheets, and overlap cut veneers on top of each other.
