Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は、ロッドを使用する摩鉱機(以下ロッドミル
と略称)に於けるロッドを湾曲させないでロッドミルの
回転中心軸と平行に回動させ、粉砕が過粉砕とならぬよ
うに構成したロッドミルに於ける排出口ライナーに係る

出する中央周辺排出型のものから端部周辺排出型のもの

第1図に示すものは中央周辺排出型のロッドミル本体を
その軸万向に切断展開しライナーの配列状態を示したも
ので、本体の一端口はA−B端緑で他端口はA′−B′
端縁で示される。同展開配列図で示すとおりにライナー
ーはミル本体内周に全面的に多数個平行に配され、ロッ
ドミル本体の円周方向となる中央部に排出口2をもつラ
イナー3,3′が排出口2と円錐斜面7を対向させると
共にロッドミルの軸方向にライナーベース4と一様連続
する空間部底面10より勾配面9をもった縦斜面8を構
成して配される。このように排出口2の周辺に円錐斜面
7と縦斜面8を構成したライナー3,3′は図例のとお
りに円周に沿って隣接するもの、或いはいくつかのライ
ナー1をはさんで飛び飛びに設けられるもの等がある。
全面的に配されるライナー1は、第4図に示すようにラ
イナーベース4に鉱石及びロッド(いずれも図示せず)
をかき揚げるリフター5を連続一体に設けている。この
出願人はリフターを有するラィナーーについて特許第5
74843号のロッドミルのライナーを基本とする数個
の特許発明をなしており、この発明に於いても上記特許
発明のロッドミルのライナーを使用する。同特許発明を
第4図で説明すると、ライナーベース4上のりフタ−5
の位置及び形状を、ライナーベース4をミル本体に取り
付けるボルト(図外)の取り付け孔6よりロッドミルの
回転方向へロッドの直径を定尺として特定の数値分前進
し位置させることにより、リフター5の減耗限界時にリ
フターの頂点が取り付け孔6へ位置してライナーの耐用
命数の延長と摩鉱効率の向上と維持とを図つたものであ
る。更にこの出願人は中央周辺排出型のロッドミルに於
ける排出口2を有するライナーの摩砕による減耗進行に
特異な現象のあることを発見し、排出口2を有するライ
ナーのリフター部に空間的存在を設けることによりライ
ナーの減耗率を均等化するライナーについて昭54王特
許顔第131084号で出願している。しかし、この発
明は基本的には上述のラィナ−をベースにし、排出口周
辺に滞留する粉砕粒をスムーズに排出できるようにミル
本体の回転軸方向にリフター5の両端部又は一端部から
排出口2方向に向けて所定の角度で縦斜面8を構成する
ことにより、過摩砕を防止し生産性の向上と公害の防止

The position and shape of the lifter 5 can be adjusted by moving the liner base 4 forward from the attachment hole 6 of the bolt (not shown) that attaches the liner base 4 to the mill body by a specific value in the rotational direction of the rod mill, with the diameter of the rod as a standard length. The apex of the lifter is located at the attachment hole 6 at the limit of wear, thereby extending the service life of the liner and improving and maintaining the grinding efficiency. Furthermore, the applicant discovered that there is a peculiar phenomenon in the progress of wear due to grinding of a liner having a discharge port 2 in a central peripheral discharge type rod mill. The patent application No. 131084 was filed in 1972 regarding a liner that equalizes the wear rate of the liner by providing a liner. However, this invention is basically based on the above-mentioned liner, and in order to smoothly discharge the crushed grains staying around the discharge port, the discharge port is inserted from both ends or one end of the lifter 5 in the direction of the rotation axis of the mill body. By configuring the vertical slopes 8 at predetermined angles in two directions, it is intended to prevent excessive grinding and contribute to improving productivity and preventing pollution.

成し、第8図、第10図に示すものは端部周辺排出型の
ロッドミルにおけるライナーの排出口2を有するライナ
ー11,11′を示し、その断面は第12図に示すよう
に円錐斜面7を伴った空間部底面10より内部側端には
勾配面9を伴った縦斜面8を、端部側端には垂直壁12
を構成するものである。更に、第13図に示すものは中
央周辺排出型のロッドミルにおけるライナーでライナー
に単独に円錐斜面7を伴った排出口2を有し、かつ勾配
面9をもった縦斜面8を前後部に構成した単独排出口構
成ライナー13を示し、第16図に示すものは端部周辺
排出型のロッドミルにおけるライナーで単独に円錐斜面
7を伴った排出口2を有し、かつ内部側端に空間部底面
10より勾配面9をもった縦斜面8を、端部側端には空
間部底面10より垂直壁12を有する単独排出口構成ラ
イナー14を示したものである。なお、これらの構成は
