It is broadly divided into methods of color development.

である。However, when the cylinder roll is used, when the cylinder roll guides the transfer paper to join, the transfer paper and the fabric are misaligned, resulting in a loss of sharpness of the pattern. In addition, in those that blow hot air, the heat distribution is non-uniform, so there is a drawback that the color development can be uneven. Furthermore, in any of the above methods, since it takes a long time to complete color development, the color development efficiency is poor and mass production is not possible, and the quality is as low as grade 3. The present invention has been made in view of the above, and provides a printing method in which a print transfer paper and a fabric to be printed are introduced into a high-pressure steamer and colored by high humidity heat while maintaining polymerization.

It has its features.

A cloth 7 is superimposed on the lower side of the cloth, and these are passed through the sealing mechanism 2 and introduced into the steamer can body 1. The print transfer paper 6 and the cloth curtain 7 introduced into the steamer can body 1 are guided by the circumferential surface of the heating drum 4, and further removed by the endless guiding cloth 5. The lint transfer paper 6 and the cloth layer 7 are rotated in accordance with the rotation of the drum 4 while being kept pressed together.
The print transfer paper 6 and cloth 7 rotated in contact with the drum 4 receive high temperature heat within the high-pressure steamer can 1, and the transfer to the cloth is quickly and effectively performed. The transferred cloth and printed transfer paper are led out of the steamer can through the sealing mechanism 2, and then the printed transfer paper and the printed transfer paper are separated, and the transferred paper and printed transfer paper are sent to the next step. be transported. As described above, in the present invention, the high-temperature saturated steam in the high-pressure steamer is supplied by supplying it to a high-pressure steamer where moist heat is always constant while maintaining the polymerization of the print transfer paper and the cloth so as not to deviate. Since the dye is allowed to pass through and develop color, it has the advantage of uniform transfer dyeing without causing uneven dyeing or positional deviation due to the high heat saturated steam, and extremely quick transfer. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the heat-resistant guide cloth 5 is impregnated with water every rotation, and a constant amount of pressing force and humidity are constantly applied to the cloth. The dyed cloth is always completely transferred to the cloth by heat conduction, and by processing the cloth under moist heat and high pressure, a dyed cloth with a good texture can be obtained.
