That is, rainwater first separates and flows into the recesses of the corrugated sheet, and since the flow rate is small, dirt tends to accumulate on the surface of the recesses of the corrugated sheet.
When fixing corrugated sheet roofing materials to crosspieces, beams, or main buildings, the corrugated portions of at least two peaks are overlapped and hook bolts are inserted to secure the corrugated sheet metal. Rust penetrates into the overlapping parts of roofing materials and accumulates, and rust from hook bolts runs off, further staining the surface of the roofing materials, resulting in a significant deterioration in aesthetic appearance.

In order to prevent this, it is necessary to use a large number of fixing devices such as hook bolts to firmly fix it to the crosspiece or beam.
Inserting a fixing device such as a hook bolt has the drawbacks mentioned above, which increases the possibility of leakage from the fixing hole, which increases the amount of work required to tighten the fixing device at high places, and is dangerous. At the same time, the complexity of construction increases. The present invention solves the above-mentioned disadvantages, and has excellent aesthetic appearance without the accumulation of dirt on the surface due to rainwater, dirt, dust, etc., and the parts to be fixed to branches or beams are at least firmly fixed, and the rigidity is improved. The object of the present invention is to provide a roofing material that does not make a flapping sound even when it is blown by the wind because of its large size.
Next, an example of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the side profile of an example of the roof village of the present invention. The plate-shaped body 1 has an arch shape with a central portion protruding upward, and is formed into a double-layer structure having a large number of reinforcing connecting plates 2. Slanted slope portions 3, 3 are provided obliquely upward from the green portions on both sides of the arch-shaped plate-like body 1. The inclined plate parts 3, 3 are curved,
The side edges are turned sideways. The roofing material of the present invention is made of, for example, a polyvinyl chloride resin and is extruded into a profile, and is made entirely transparent or translucent to allow sunlight to enter. Connection locking portion 4 in which a conical projection 5 is provided on the inside of the tip from the lower end of the side end surface of the left side slant plate portion 3 in FIG.
is provided above, and a connecting locking portion 4 is provided below, in which a conical protrusion 5 is provided from the upper end of the side end surface of the right inclined plate portion 3 to the inside of the tip. Each of the conical projections 5, 5 is made to protrude inside the connecting locking parts 4, 4, and can be tightly engaged with each other. On both side twills of the plate-shaped body 1,
The gutter grooves 6, 6 are formed by the slopes of the plate-shaped body 1 and the slope parts 3, 3.
is formed. In addition, horizontal plates 7, 7 are provided on the back side of the green portions on both sides of the plate-shaped body 1, and approximately parallel narrow insertion grooves 8 are provided.
, 8 are formed. Figure 2 shows another example of a rooftop village. The arch-like plate-like body la has two arches. A gutter groove 6a' is formed between the two arches of the arch-shaped plate-like body la, and a closing groove 8a' is provided on the back side. Since the plate-shaped body 1 has an arched cross-sectional shape, the rigidity of the entire roofing material is improved, and fewer points are required for fixing it to beams and main buildings, improving the strength of the entire structure such as a carport. It does not deform due to the wind or load, and does not make flapping noises due to the wind.

With conventional corrugated roofing materials, when there is expansion and contraction, the overlap between adjacent roofing materials makes it impossible to absorb the large amount of expansion and contraction, which can lead to damage. With the roofing material of the present invention, even if both side edges of the plate-like body 1 are fixed, since the plate-like body 1 has an arch-like cross-sectional shape, the top part absorbs expansion and contraction by slightly moving up and down. In the roof village of the present invention, most of the rainwater is received by the plate-like body 1, but the rainwater is collected through the gutter grooves 6 on both sides of the plate-like body 1,
6, and the water is washed away without dirt adhering to the upper surface of the plate-like body 1.

In the gutter grooves 6, 6, a certain amount of flow rate and flow velocity is obtained from the rainwater drained from the plate-shaped body 1, and the dust and disks are washed away without accumulating, so that they do not turn into dirt and deteriorate the aesthetic appearance of the roofing material. .
In the roofing material of the present invention, in contrast to the connecting locking portion 4 provided at the side end of one inclined slope portion 3, the connecting locking portion 4 is provided at the side end of the other inclined plate portion 3 of another adjacent roofing material. The connection and locking parts 4 can be connected to each other by iron-locking from above to below.
The state in which several roofing materials are connected is shown in FIG.

The detailed state of the joints between the roofing materials is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Since the connecting part between the roofing materials is located at the apex of the small arch formed by the inclined plate parts 3, 3,
Rainwater does not stop near the apex of the small arch, but quickly flows down into the gutter grooves 6, 6. If the connecting locking parts 4, 4 are firmly connected, rainwater can penetrate into the connecting parts of roof villages. This prevents rain from leaking. In conventional corrugated sheet roofing materials, at least two corrugated peaks of adjacent roofing materials are overlapped and connected, but rainwater, along with dust and bonito, permeates through the overlapped portions by capillary action and can cause leaks. However, since the roofing material of the present invention connects the roofing materials to each other by locking the connecting locking parts 4, 4, rainwater does not penetrate into the connecting part and dirt does not accumulate in the connecting part. There isn't.

In addition, connecting only the connecting locking parts 4, 4 on the side edges of the roofing material by overlapping each other saves on materials, and when used for daylighting, there is no extreme shading of brightness, resulting in better daylighting. It will be done. To connect the roofing materials, a pair of opposing insertion grooves 8.8 are formed below the connection part.

The main building 9 is fixed by the insertion grooves 8, 8 on the back side of the roofing material and the fixing plate 10.
By being fixed to the roof, it is possible to avoid providing a fixing device insertion hole in the Murone village itself, and the work of fixing the roofing material can be done from below the roofing material, making the construction easier. To insert the fixing plate 10 into the insertion grooves 8, 8 of the roofing material, as shown in FIG. This can be done by rotating it. By fixing the roof material plate 1 to the main building 9 at the green parts on both sides, twisting of the both side edges of the plate 1,
There will be no distortion and no deformation due to wind or load. Since both roofing materials are fixed to the main building 9 below the connecting portion between the roofing materials, the connecting portion between the roofing materials is prevented from coming off due to external force such as wind blowing. That is, by fixing the roofing materials to the main building 9 at the center, etc., the connection between the roofing materials is prevented from being blown away by the wind.
The insertion grooves 8, 8, which serve as fixing parts for the roofing material, should be provided on the back side of both side twills, which are the thickest of the entire roofing board of the plate-shaped body 1, to ensure the best fit before the roofing material is installed. It can be stacked and the stacking packaging volume can be reduced by 4.

One plate body 10a' is rotatably attached to a fixed plate la. As described above, the roofing material of the present invention can be used for the roofs of balconies, terraces, carports, etc. as a high-quality roofing material that eliminates the drawbacks of conventional roofing materials. The roofing material of the present invention has an arch-like cross-sectional shape, and the inclined plate portions are provided obliquely upward from the twilling portions on both sides of the highly rigid plate-like body, so that the entire roofing material and the roofing material can be constructed. The rigidity of the structure increases, causing it to deform due to wind or external forces,
There will be no more flapping noises caused by the wind. Since the connecting locking portions are provided at the side ends of each inclined plate portion, when connecting the roofing materials, it is possible to connect the roofing materials by simply overlapping the connecting locking portions at the side edges of the roofing materials. This prevents dirt from accumulating due to the penetration of rainwater.
It is possible to save on materials and maintain favorable lighting conditions.

Furthermore, rainwater that falls on the central plate is collected in the gutter groove formed by the plate and the slope of the slope, and is drained away from the top of the plate without any dirt adhering to it. , Gutters provide sufficient flow and velocity of rainwater, allowing dust and dirt to flow out without accumulating, and dirt to not accumulate.

Since the connecting part between the roofing materials is located at the top of the inclined plate part,
Penetration and leakage of rainwater can be prevented by locking the connecting locking portions together. Even if rainwater enters the connecting parts of the roofs of the present invention, there is almost no overlap between the connecting locking parts, and the rainwater is prevented from penetrating through capillary action. Rain does not leak without reaching the engaging portion between the sliding projections of the downward connecting locking portion. In addition, since the roofing material of the present invention has insertion grooves that open outwardly formed on the back side of both side twill parts of the arch-shaped plate-like body, when the roofs are connected, there is a hole below the connection. There is a pair of insertion grooves into which both ends of the fixing plate are inserted, so when fixing the roofing material to a beam or main building, there is no need to provide a fixing hole in the roofing material itself, and the fixing of the roofing material is done below the roofing material. Even if the roof is blown by the wind, the fixing plates that fix the roofing materials to the beams and the main building will firmly hold down the joints between the roofing materials.
Prevent the connection from coming loose.
