電気機器の製造方法を説明する。
This method eliminates the need for core fasteners, and since the size of the stranded core is reduced, the winding can also be made smaller, making it possible to reduce the cost of electrical equipment. In addition, so-called vapor phase drying is performed in which an iron core with windings is heated and vaporized by applying a heat medium such as kerosene to the assembled iron core, and the material is heated and dried using the heat. According to this vapor phase drying, the assembled product is uniformly heated and dried down to the center at a temperature near the liquefaction temperature of the heating medium, so that the insulation performance can be significantly improved. Next, a conventional method of manufacturing electrical equipment using resin-impregnated fiber tape for core fastening and vapor phase drying will be described.

Figure 1 is a side view of iron D in the method for manufacturing a subordinate column, and Figure 2 is a side view of iron
It is a sectional view taken along the line D-Ro of the figure. This iron core is yoke 1
, 2 and three leg iron cores 3. First, one yoke 1 and the three leg cores 3 are assembled horizontally, and resin-impregnated glass fiber tape is wound and fastened at multiple points on each, and the wound tape 4 is heated. The soaked resin is cured. The secondary winding 5 and the primary winding 6 were respectively fitted to the leg iron core 3, and the other yoke 2 was layered and assembled on the end of the leg iron ○3, and multiple parts of the yoke 2 were impregnated with resin. Glass fiber tape 4 is wound and fastened, and the wound tape 4
is heated to harden the co-soaked resin. Next, the above materials were placed in a container and subjected to vapor phase drying using kerosene as a heat medium to improve insulation. In this manufacturing method, when the resin impregnated into the tape 4 wound around the iron core is dried in a vapor phase in an uncured state, the resin dissolves in the kerosene which is a heat medium and flows out, thereby strengthening the fastening by the tape 4. Since this is not possible, the tape 4 is heated by another means to harden the resin before vapor phase drying as described above.

According to the present invention, the above-mentioned object is to provide a method for manufacturing electrical equipment comprising a layered iron D and a winding in which the iron DI is inlaid, in which a horizontally layered iron core is formed with a resin-impregnated fiber tape. The tape is wound and fastened, the surface of this tape is covered with a solvent-resistant resin film that hardens at room temperature, and in this state, it is dried in a vapor phase together with the windings fitted to the core to harden the resin impregnated in the tape. can be achieved.

FIG. 3 is a side view of iron ○ made by the manufacturing method of one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line W--W of FIG. 3. First, the first yoke 1 and the three leg cores 3 are laminated and assembled, and a glass woven full tape 4 impregnated with resin is wound around multiple parts of each and fastened, and the wound tape 4 is assembled. A solvent-resistant resin film 7 that hardens at room temperature, such as epoxy resin, is applied and formed on the surface to cover the surface. The secondary winding 5 and the primary winding 6 are respectively fitted to the leg core 3, and the other yoke 2 is laminated and assembled on the end of the leg core 3, and the glass yoke 2 is impregnated with resin at multiple locations. Oriso Tefu. 4 is wound and fastened, and a solvent-resistant resin film 7 cured at room temperature is coated on the wound tape 4 to cover its surface.

Next, the above materials are placed in a container and subjected to vapor phase drying using kerosene as a heat medium to improve insulation properties, and the resin impregnated into the tape 4 is cured by heating at this time.
Strengthen the conclusion by In this vapor phase drying, kerosene, which has a high ability to dissolve uncured resin, is used as a heat medium.
Since the uncured resin impregnated in the tape 4 is covered with the solvent-resistant resin film 7 that is cured at room temperature, it hardens and strengthens the fastening without melting or flowing out. As described above, according to the present invention, there is no need for a heating process to harden the resin impregnated into the tape 4 before vapor phase drying, and the winding wire can also be dried at the same time, so the manufacturing time is extremely short. This results in the effect of lowering manufacturing costs.
