Therefore, it has been proposed to bury water tanks underground in parks, etc. However, since conventional water tanks store water in a static state, contamination occurs during long-term storage, making it difficult to use as drinking water. There are problems that make it unsuitable for use. The present invention prevents contamination due to water stagnation by installing it in the middle of the water supply pipeline, and in the event of an earthquake, the water tank is isolated from the water supply pipeline to secure an emergency water source, and the water supply pipeline is used separately. The present invention provides a water storage tank that can

Each pipe body 2 is made of a cast iron pipe and has a pipe joint with a detachment prevention structure. Incidentally, the aquarium main body 1 may be constructed by connecting tubes 2 in a straight line as shown in FIG. Tapered pipes 3a, 3b are provided at both ends of the aquarium body 1, and tapered pipes 3a,
The inflow pipe section 4a and the outflow pipe section 4b of the existing water supply pipe line 4 are connected to the blind flange provided at 3b. A bypass line 5 is connected between the inlet line 4a and the outlet line 4b, and three-way switching valves 6 and 7 are provided at the traverse portions thereof, respectively. These three-way switching valves 6 and 7 have two positions. The three-way switching valve 6 on the inflow side has a position where it opens the inflow pipe section 4a, that is, a position where it opens communication between the boats 6a and 6b, and a position where it opens the boat 6a to the boat 6c of the bypass pipe line 5. The inflow pipe section 4a is opened. The three-way switching valve 7 on the outflow side has a position where the outflow pipe section 4b is opened, that is, a position where the boats 7a and 7b are opened, and a position where the bypass pipe 5 is opened from the boat 7c to the boat 7a. The outflow pipe section 4b is opened. Note that the water tank body 1 is provided with a water supply port at the outflow side end for discharging the water inside. FIG. 2 shows a valve control circuit 8 that operates the three-way switching valves 6 and 7, and a control device 10 connected to an earthquake sensor 9.
An actuating power source 11 is connected via. Earthquake detector 9
may be of the underground type or of the above-ground type. The operating power source 111 is a hydraulic type using an accumulator, which operates both three-way switching valves 6 and 7 without using the power source as a power source in preparation for a power outage during an earthquake.
A pneumatic type using a receiver tank, a high pressure gas type, a gravity type, etc. can be adopted. The control device 10 is
An amplifier 12, an automatic star 13, a time signal 14, a recorder 15, an uninterruptible device 16,
It has a power outage detection device 17. The signal detected by the earthquake sensor 9 is amplified by the amplifier 12, and when a signal with a certain amplitude and a certain frequency or more is measured by the time signal 14 for a certain period of time, an activation signal is sent to the actuation force source 11 by the automatic star 13. is given. The uninterruptible device 16 includes a charger 18, a battery 19, and a converter 20.
Transmitted power is normally used as a power source for the amplifier 12 and the like, but when a power outage is detected by the power outage detector 17, the battery 19 is switched and used as the power source. With this configuration, the water in the water supply pipe 4 flows through the tank body 1, and new water is always stored in the tank body 1.

Therefore, the problem of contamination due to long-term storage is alleviated, and it can be used for drinking purposes. As in this embodiment, the aquarium body 1
When the aquarium body 1 is formed into a long and narrow tube body 2, water flows throughout the aquarium body 1, unlike when the aquarium body 1 is formed into a box shape, so that contamination due to water stagnation is more effectively prevented. Furthermore, when the aquarium main body 1 is composed of the pipe body 2, the structure is simple and a large-capacity one can be easily constructed. If the aquarium main body 1 is U-shaped like the one shown in FIG. 1, it has the advantage that the installation space can be used more effectively compared to the straight one shown in FIG.
.. 7 and the actuating power source 11 can be concentrated in one place, making it easy to arrange and connect them, and by installing them in one protective container, an earthquake-resistant structure can be adopted. It has the advantage of being easy. When an earthquake occurs, the control device 10 receives an earthquake detection signal from the earthquake sensor 9.
An actuation signal is applied to the actuation force source 11 via. Then, the three-way switching valve 6 of the inflow pipe section 4a is switched directly to open from the boat 6a of the inflow pipe section 4a to the bypass pipe 5 by the actuating power source 11, and at the same time, the three-way switching valve 6 of the inflow pipe section 4a is switched directly to open the bypass pipe 5. The three-way switching valve 7 is switched to a position where it opens from the bypass line 5 to the boat 7a of the outflow line section 4b. As a result, the inflow and outflow ports of the water tank main body 1 are closed, and the water supply pipe 4
Clean water inside can be secured as emergency drinking water, etc., regardless of damage. Moreover, since the water in the water supply pipe 4 flows through the bypass pipe 5, the water supply pipe 4 can be used normally until a problem occurs in the water supply pipe 4 or the water supply source equipment. FIG. 4 shows another embodiment in which, instead of the three-way switching valve 7 provided in the outflow pipe section 4b of the example in FIG.
The direction switching valve 27 is provided closer to the water tank body 1 than the connection portion of the outflow pipe section 4b with the bypass pipe line 5.

In the case of such a configuration, the three-way switching valve 6 of the inflow pipe section 4a is normally open to the tank main body 1 side, and the two-way switching valve 27 is always open. When an earthquake occurs, the three-way switching valve 6 opens toward the bypass pipe 5, and at the same time, the two-way switching valve 27 is shut off. Thereby, the water tank main body 1 can be made independent from the water supply pipe line 4, and the water supply pipe line 4 can also be used independently. As explained above, according to the present invention, a water tank main body is interposed in the middle of a water supply pipe, a bypass pipe is connected to the water supply pipe, and a three-way switching valve and a bypass pipe are provided at one of the connecting parts. The switch valve installed at the other connection or closer to the aquarium body is configured to be switched by earthquake detection, so water that can be used for fresh drinking is always kept in the aquarium body.
In the event of an earthquake, this water can be secured as an emergency water source independent of the water pipeline. In addition, at this time, the water in the water supply pipe flows through the bypass pipe, so that it can be used normally until the pipe is damaged or the like.
