容易には落ちないという問題があった。Specialized rice cooking facilities such as school lunch centers that supply rice in bulk to places that consume a large amount of rice, such as servants, schools, cafeterias, hospitals, and sushi restaurants, use rice cookers to cook large quantities of rice. A large quantity of rice is prepared, and soaked rice is placed in these along with water, and while being moved on a conveyor, the rice is sequentially passed through automatic rice cooking means, steaming means, automatic reversing means, and washing means provided at appropriate locations on the conveyor. Circulating devices are commonly used. However, conventionally, this device
Because we were searching for a method to scrape off the rice that fell into the hopper at the automatic reversing means, and then put the rice cooker on a conveyor and send it to the next cleaning means, we were unable to remove any leftover rice, starch, etc. that remained in the rice cooker. There was a problem in that the solids were baked into the interior of the rice cooker due to residual heat before being conveyed to the cleaning means, and could not be easily removed even if hot water (5000 to 6000 ml) was strongly sprayed by the cleaning means.
この発明はこの点を解決したもので、炊飯釜に残った残

。? is an automatic reversing means for a rice cooker equipped with a lid removal device (not shown). ``This device 7 lifts the rice cooker 2 diagonally and then turns it over vigorously to remove the rice inside the hopper ( (not shown), but if you do that, some rice will remain in the rice cooker 2, so it is necessary for someone to be there to scrape off the remaining rice with a spatula, etc. The dropped rice is loosened by an automatic loosening machine (not shown) installed in the hopper, and then placed in a fixed amount in a food can 8 installed below the outlet of the hopper, where it is sealed. ``We'll have to wait for the shipment.
If there is time before shipping, it may be temporarily stored in a refrigerator. 9 is a water injection means according to the present invention, and this water injection means is activated by, for example, a push button operation or a limit switch, and after a certain amount of hot water or cold water is poured into the rice cooker 2, it automatically stops. It has a structure that repeats operations.

You can also use something. Ordinary tap water may also be used. 10 is a cleaning means constituting the cleaning process, which includes a limit switch or
The rice cooker is activated by pressing a button, etc., and after the rice cooker is turned over, compressed water is vigorously sprayed into the rice cooker.

After a predetermined amount of soaked rice and water are injected and the lid is placed, the rice is fed into the automatic rice cooking means 4 that constitutes the rice cooking process, and then slowly passed over the chain comparer 3b for about 23 minutes. As it moves, it is heated and cooked by the gas burner flames blown from all directions, and in the latter half of the process, it is baked.

During this time, the rice is steamed. After completing this steaming process, the rice cooking pot is then sent to the automatic reversing means 7, where the lid is automatically removed, the rice is turned over, and the rice is dropped into a hopper (not shown). After being scraped off with a spatula or the like, it is placed on the transport conveyor (low-fu conveyor 3a) again, where approximately 250cc to 500cc of hot water is injected by the newly installed water injection means 9. .This hot water is used to cool the chain compare in the automatic rice cooking means 4 and the steaming means 6, and the hot water heated to about 1 to 1500 may be used as is, or it may be heated separately. As mentioned above, the rice cooker 2 filled with hot water is sent to the next cleaning process on the conveyor comper, but during this time, any leftover rice or solid matter that has stuck to the rice cooker is removed. The rice is soaked in the warm water without burning into the rice cooker.

The material was soaked without burning in the rice cooker, and was easily peeled off and cleaned by spraying with compressed water. In the experiment, warm water was first used, but when regular tap water was used as is, it was found to have a similar peeling effect. The rice cooker that has been cleaned in this way is moved again on the conveyor comper and returned to the rice-saving water distribution means 1, where it passes through the previously mentioned process means in order. By repeating this process, It is capable of producing rice in large quantities. Furthermore, as another embodiment, when a small amount of a starch dissolver such as dichloric acid is added when hot water is injected into the rice cooker using a water injection means, it has been found that the effect of removing solids is further increased. Ivy.
