本発明は多数のパイプのろう付け方法に関するものであ

イプ3を加熱しろう材8を溶解してパイプ挿入穴7に流
し込みろう付けする方法と、第4図に示した如く基体2
に接合するパイプ3を前記パイプ3の外蚤に合わせてや
や大きい目の内径にした基体2のパイプ挿入穴7に挿入
した後、前者パイプ3の外径に合わせ、やや大きい目の
内径に成形した環状のろう材4をパイプの周囲に刻設し
た溝6に敦置した後、基体2とパイプ3を加熱し、ろう
材4を熔解してパイプ挿入穴7に流し込みろう付けする
方法が用いられている。ところが前者においては、多数
のパイプをろう付けするには、長い時間加熱する為、素
材が銅合金等の場合、後日応力割れ現象を生じたり、作

なる。以上の説明より明らかな如く、本発明の多数のパ
イプのろう付け方法は、基体の表面に多数のパイプを環
状にして接合する方法において、基体に設けたパイプの
挿入穴の外側もしくは内側に位置する環状溝とパイプ挿
入穴の周囲に位置する溝とを基体に一部分で蓮適するよ
うに刻設しておき、前記環状溝にろう材を戦暦し、前記
ろう村を溶解し、前記パイプ挿入穴の周囲の溝に流し込
むことにより挿入穴に挿入した前記パイプと基体とをろ
う付けすることを特徴とするもので、一度に多数のパイ
プと基体とのろう付けが可能となり、したがって加熱時
間が短縮できるし、基体やパイプが溶けたり、銅合金等
は後日応力割れを生じる恐れがなくなり、且つ初めにろ
う付けしたパイプが抜けたりしなくなり、1個の環状ろ
う材を戦層するだけで済む為に、一本毎のパイプに環状
ろう材を挿入する手間が省けると共に製品自体の破損を
防止できると共に作業に費いやす費用が安くなる優れた
