DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a water-free fiber treatment agent, in particular, a method for continuously stretching synthetic fibers without winding them after spinning them.
The present invention relates to a water-free fiber treatment agent used to supply oil to undrawn yarn after spinning in a so-called straight spinning/drawing process.

Compared to a spinning method that separately performs a continuous yarn process of winding a synthetic fiber spun yarn and a drawing process of stretching the wound undrawn yarn,
The direct paper yarn drawing method has fewer steps and has good operability.
It has become widely adopted in recent years.

On the other hand, when synthetic fibers are graded, it is essential to oil the graded undrawn yarn with a fiber treatment agent, and in the case of polyamide fibers in particular, an aqueous emulsion type treatment agent has been used to facilitate cold drawing. In the direct spinning/drawing method, when an aqueous emulsion is used, the crystal orientation of the fibers becomes non-uniform, which causes uneven dyeing and other problems with yarn quality, so a non-hydrous oil is generally used. Furthermore, in the direct spinning/drawing method, heat stretching and heat setting are performed in order to prevent damage to the package due to internal stress of the fibers, so the oil agent is required to have heat resistance. Furthermore, in the direct spinning/drawing method, since the yarn usually advances at a speed of 2500 m/min or more, the oil-modified substances accumulate heavily in the heat treatment step, and tar-like substances accumulate in a short period of time. If you leave this, fluff,
Since thread breakage occurs frequently, which poses problems in terms of quality and operation, an oil agent that is particularly resistant to tarring is required. Various non-water-containing fiber treatment agents have been known, but currently no fiber treatment agent has been found that has excellent heat resistance and tar formation resistance, is easy to handle, and has a high viscosity. .

Those containing no heavy bonds, ie, residues of synthetic alcohols, are preferred. The value of m, which represents an ethylene oxide unit, is an integer from 1 to 5, but since the number of moles of ethylene oxide added in the above formula compound actually used is shown as an average value, the value of m is a number with a decimal. It's normal.

The value of n, which represents a propylene oxide unit, is 0 or 1 to 5.
is an integer of 1 to 5, preferably 1 to 5. Of course, in this case as well, it is an integer in terms of one molecule of the compound, but since there is a distribution in the number of moles of propylene oxide added to the compound actually used, it is usually not an integer. Also, m and n
The ratio of m/n, that is, the value of m/n, affects the properties of the fiber treatment agent;
As m/n increases, the friction coefficient of the treated fibers decreases, but the taring resistance decreases, and as m/n decreases, the tarring resistance improves, but the water twilling properties worsen, so it is recommended to set this as an appropriate range. is m/n=0.5-2.0, preferably 1-1
.. It is 7. On the other hand, the viscosity of the mineral oil to be mixed must be below $p; if one with a viscosity higher than this is used, the viscosity of the mixture will increase, resulting in poor adhesion to the yarn, resulting in yarn wobbling, chattering, etc. It occurs and is not desirable.

The only way to lower the viscosity of the blend is to increase the blending ratio of mineral oil, but if this is done, the ratio of the alkylene oxide adduct of the higher alcohol decreases, and the treatment effect becomes smaller. The amount of higher alcohol alkylene oxide adduct included in the fiber treatment agent of the present invention is preferably about 10-30%, but the viscosity of the total formulation must be less than 1 ratio p.

All formulations essentially contain mineral oil and higher alcohol alkylene oxide adducts, and may also contain fatty acid esters as smoothing agents, polyethylene glycol esters as emulsifiers, phosphates as antistatic agents, and the like. The fiber treatment agent of the present invention is applied to the oiling of polyamide and polyester synthetic fibers, and is particularly suitable for application to the process of straight-spinning and drawing methods for polyamide fibers.
