DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing anti-corrosion wire for high tension cables used in anchor construction methods and the like.

Conventionally, as this type of anti-corrosion wire, a plurality of core wires having insulation sheathing coming out of a rotating wire twisting machine are assembled in a collecting die, or at or just before the collecting die, polybdenum,
A filling mixture such as low molecular weight polyisobutylene is injected into the cable core through a syringe to form a cable core, and then a woven fiber tape is wound over the cable core, which is then passed over guide rolls and pulled to a capstan. A device is known (Tsubaki Kosho No. 49-34447).

However, with this manufacturing equipment, it is very difficult to adjust the viscosity of the filling mixture injected into the core wire, and if the viscosity is too high, the mixture will not penetrate into the inside of the core wire due to the injection of the mixture, and conversely, the viscosity will increase. If it is too low, there is a problem that the admixture hangs down from the core wire. Further, since moisture is usually attached to the core wire, there is a problem in that even if a mixture is injected, the mixture is dampened by the moisture and cannot be sufficiently filled into the core wire. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a corrosion-resistant wire manufacturing apparatus for high tension cables that achieves excellent corrosion-proofing effects.

The temperature when blowing hot air onto the stranded wire must be higher than the melting point of the anticorrosive material used, and when the wire is cooled,
The key point is a temperature at which the air contained within the stranded wire contracts and the anticorrosion coating is sufficiently applied to the cylindrical surface of the stranded wire, and specifically, a temperature of 500 to 60,000 is suitable.

The heated stranded wire 1 is then press-fitted with 200 to 300 coats of corrosion protection material 5 per hour by a corrosion protection supply pump. The stranded wire 1 coated with the corrosion-proofing material 5 is further cooled at room temperature by the room-temperature blower 9 to create a reduced pressure state inside the stranded wire, causing the corrosion-proofing material 5 to reach its inside as shown in FIG. It will be in a solid filled state. The thus-formed stranded wire is further automatically coated with anti-corrosion tape 16 by anti-corrosion tape reel 5, and then cut into a predetermined length. The effects of this invention are as follows.

m Hot air is blown into the stranded wire from the hot air blowing section to heat it, then anti-corrosion is applied to it from the anti-corrosion supply section, and then the stranded wire coated with the anti-corrosion is cooled in the room temperature blowing section. The adhering moisture is blown off and the wire becomes completely dry and comes into contact with the anti-corrosive material. As a result, the anti-corrosive material is heated and has a low viscosity, filling the inside of the stranded wire solidly without generating any air bubbles. , a corrosion-resistant wire with excellent corrosion-proofing effect can be obtained.
