It is possible to bond easily by heating and melting the material above its melting temperature, but
Since polyolefin resins do not have unsaturated bonds or polar groups in their main chains, they have poor adhesion to other materials.

Further, as the polyolefin resin powder to be dispersed and mixed in such an adhesive, it is preferable to use a powder with a particle size of about 100 to 200 mesh, which is extracted in the middle of the manufacturing process of polyethylene, polypropylene resin, etc. If the particle size is too large, the outer It causes unevenness to be formed on the surface, and if it is too small, it will affect the adhesiveness, so the particle size should be determined appropriately depending on the application.

It is best to mix using benzene, toluene, or other aromatic hydrocarbon solvent while adjusting the concentration. If the concentration is too low, the adhesive will be adsorbed to the reinforcing fiber layer and the resin powder and adhesive will be separated. Therefore, the effect of the present invention cannot be expected, and if the concentration is high, it will be difficult to apply.
A concentration of 0% by weight is preferred. For example, the reinforcing fiber layer and the outer tube may be bonded together as follows using the adhesive mixed with the resin powder described above.

Form and dry (Figure 1). In this state, the adhesive layer 4 is fixed by partially penetrating the saddle adhesive 4a into the reinforcing fiber layer 2, and the polyolefin resin powder 4b is formed in the coating film formed by the adhesive 4a as shown in FIG. A part of the resin powder is embedded in the coating, and the other part is exposed from the surface, and the adjacent resin powder particles are firmly embedded in a state in which they are in contact with each other.

On the outer surface of the nylon inner tube with an outer diameter of 13.2 ribs and a wall thickness of 1, a reinforcing fiber layer made of densely braided 1260 denier double-stranded nylon threads is bonded to the outer surface of the hose. An adhesive prepared by dissolving 100 parts by weight of a low molecular weight olefin having hydroxyl groups at both ends in 233 parts by weight of a toluene solvent, and adding 1 part by weight of isocyanate as a curing agent and 0.04 part by weight of a curing catalyst. After applying it evenly and uniformly, it was dried at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

It was column k9/25. On the other hand, polypropylene resin powder (particle size 100 mesh) was added to the adhesive in increased amounts of 5 parts by weight, 10 parts by weight, 20 parts by weight, and 30 parts by weight, and the reinforcing fiber layer and outer tube were bonded together. An adhesive layer is formed in between, and the resin powder in the adhesive layer and the resin powder and the inner surface of the outer tube are welded and integrated by heat when extrusion coating the outer tube.

ことができる。The adhesive force between the reinforcing fiber layer and the outer tube of this hose was measured and found to be as follows. Since the concentration of the adhesive increases as the amount of resin powder increases, the concentration was maintained at 30% by increasing the amount of solvent. Resin powder 5 parts by weight

20 parts by weight 3.6k9/25 side 30 parts by weight 2.3k9/25 ribs [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the hose of the present invention has a reinforcing fiber layer and an outer tube made of polyolefin resin. Since an adhesive layer containing a mixture of polyolefin resin powder and adhesive is interposed between them, the polyolefin resin powder in the adhesive layer connects the reinforcing fiber layer and the polyolefin resin outer tube through the adhesive. Even if the reinforcing fiber layer and the polyolefin resin outer tube are made of different materials, it is possible to provide a hose with high adhesive strength between them.
