なり、その部分が破断し易く、ダイス口の深さと、該ダ
イス口の肩部へを円弧状に形成するに際して制約条件が
必要であり、また、その金属素材の下方部を切削して得
られたシンクランド部の角部からその立上りの角度(即
ち刃先角a)が小さくならざるを得ず、従ってシンクラ
ンド面卜の直径を小さくすることができない。従ってこ
のような被断をさげるために破断伸びの大きい金属素材
を採用すると製品の表面が肌荒れし、かつ刃先エッジの
硬度が低下するという欠点があつた。本発明はこのよう
な従来の欠点に鑑み改良せんとして成したもので、刃先
部の硬度は従来より高くして切味の長時間持続を図り、
かつ、製品の表面に肌荒れ等が起るという不都合を解消
せんとするものである。
