However, concrete gutter cast in place has the disadvantage that it easily collapses inward due to the influence of soil shoals, etc., because the connection between the rising walls on both sides and the bottom poured concrete is not sufficient, and this collapse In order to prevent this, middle beams are installed at appropriate intervals between the two rising walls, but in this case, the cross section of the waterway becomes smaller, and the middle beams attract debris, making it very messy. However, there was a drawback that the middle beams were in the way, making it difficult to carry out cleaning of waterways, etc. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a concrete gutter that does not require a center beam, has greater strength than conventional gutter, and is easy to construct. Reinforcement reinforcing bars are buried to form a rectangular shape, and at least a plurality of through holes of various shapes are arranged in parallel, and the inner circumferential wall of the through hole forms a downwardly wide tapered surface, Further, each of the through holes is formed with various kinds of connecting reinforcing bars framed inside, and each through hole of the concrete block and the connecting reinforcing bars are connected to a rising wall and a bottom part facing each other by pouring concrete. The main idea is to build the system in an integrated manner.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the concrete block 2 is
It is made of ready-made concrete and has a rectangular shape or the like, and through holes 3, 3, and 3 of various shapes are bored at both ends and the center. It is ideal if the inner peripheral side of the through hole 3 is formed into a cross-sectional shape having a downwardly wide tapered surface 4 as shown in the figure, since this increases the pull-out strength of the poured concrete. Reference numeral 5 indicates reinforcing reinforcing bars placed when the concrete block 2 was manufactured. Next, connecting reinforcing bars 6, 6, 6 are set up inside each of the through holes 3, and formwork for a rising wall is installed so as to connect the through holes 3, 3 at both ends of each of the concrete blocks 2. After the concrete is poured into the formwork and hardened, the formwork is dismantled and removed and the rising walls 8, 8 are constructed.
The bottom part 9 is constructed using poured concrete to construct a side gutter as shown in Figure 1. FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the concrete blocks 2 are arranged at a larger interval and placed two at a time to face each other to form a pair. After constructing the rising walls 8, 8 so as to connect the through holes 3, 3 at the outer ends of each pair of concrete blocks 2, 2, the bottom 9 is fixed in the foundation 1 with pouring concrete. This was done to construct wide gutters throughout the domain. As mentioned above, the present invention fixes concrete blocks in which through holes are bored at both ends at appropriate intervals in the foundation of the side gutter construction site,
Since the rising wall is constructed by connecting the through holes on both sides of each concrete block, the concrete block serves as the foundation for the side gutter structure and is stable and level. It has the advantage of being able to be laid in a number of areas, and eliminating the need for concrete pouring work.
Each through hole drilled at the end of the concrete IJ block allows easy selection of the position of the opposing rising wall of the side wall.
In addition, the lower part of the poured concrete of the rising wall penetrates into the through hole, making them extremely strong and integrated, and the bottom cast concrete also penetrates into the through hole, so that it is integrated with the wall, and the entire gutter is integrated. It has the excellent effect of making it extremely robust and strong.

In addition, since the joint between the rising wall and the bottom poured concrete is strong, there is a practical effect that the rising wall can be used safely for a long period of time without worrying about collapsing even against the ground.

Therefore, there is no need to provide a middle beam like in the case of a subordinate girder, and there is no need to reduce the waterway cross section by that amount, and the entire middle dimension of the cross section can be used as a waterway.

In addition, since the rising wall is strong and there is no fear of collapse, there is no need to make the rising edge thick, and the amount of concrete can be saved by that much, making it extremely economical. Furthermore, when constructing a gutter with a wide medium dimension of a waterway, there is a conventional method that says that if you install two concrete blocks at opposite positions with an interval between them, you can freely construct the gutter with the desired medium dimension. It has excellent properties not found in other countries.

This concrete block can be mass-produced in advance at a factory, and has the advantage of eliminating the need for curing of the foundation concrete during construction. As described above, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to construct gutters that are excellent in strength, durability, convenience of use, and economic efficiency.
