Conventionally, when processing the ends of this shield wire, as shown in Figure 1, the outer sheath is first heated at the required location of the shield wire, and a sheathed tip (semi-circular in shape or A concave semicircular shape (which can be pinched from both sides) is applied, and the outer cover at the required dimensions is burned off as shown in a. After that, remove the outer cover closer to the terminal to obtain figure b. Then, separate the ground line from this state as shown by the dotted line. However, in this conventional work method, the separation of the ground wires can only be done manually by the worker, resulting in poor work efficiency and the problem that it is impossible to automate the terminal processing using a machine. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for separating a ground line of a shielded wire, which can be automated in addition to manual separation of the ground line. Briefly, a claw blade is pressed around the outer sheath of the shield wire to apply strain to the ground wire, and the sheath is peeled off at a position farther from the end than the distance from the tread to the tread, and is plastically deformed at the tread. The branched ground wire is further separated by a pair of brushes. Next, the most suitable specific embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 is a process diagram showing an embodiment according to the present invention;
The figure is a sectional view showing the structure of the shield wire. Prior to explaining the process, the structure of the shield wire 1 will be explained with reference to FIG. In Fig. 3, the signal line 2 is surrounded by an inner sheath 3 made of an insulator, and a plurality of silver-plated annealed copper wires 4 are arranged around the inner sheath 3 to provide a shielding effect, and a ground wire is placed outside the inner sheath 3. 5 is placed in contact with the annealed copper wire 4, and its entire periphery is covered with an insulating outer sheath 6. The process described below is how to separate the ground wire 5 from the shield wire, and will be explained with reference to FIG.

In figure c, the shield wire is held between the outer skin burnt tips 7, and the claw blade 8 is placed near the end of the shield wire.
Press the parts together. One of the features of the present invention is that this claw blade 8 is used to press the shield wire, and the surfaces of the skin-burning tip 7 and the claw blade 8 that hold or press the shield wire have the shape shown in FIG. The rice cake and skin baking chip 7 is maintained at a temperature that burns out the insulating outer skin 6. The shield wire that has completed step c is shown in d. When the outer sheath 6 on the side near the end of the shielded wire is stripped off from the silver-plated European copper wire 4 (hereinafter referred to as the shielded wire) in d, it becomes as shown in e, and the ground wire is connected at the point where the claw blade 8 presses. 5 has undergone plastic deformation and is branched from the shield wire 4. Next, the shield cable is moved between the pair of brushes 9 shown in Fig. f, or the brush 9 is moved toward the base of the shield cable 1. That is, the brushes 9 shown in Fig. f are a pair, and the gap between the brushes 9 is of such a size that the shield wire 4 of the shield cape-lue can sufficiently pass therethrough and the branched ground wire 5 can be caught. If the brush 9 shown in figure f is moved in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper on a plane orthogonal to the shield wire 1, its side view will become figure g. In other words, separation has been carried out, but if the die 10 shown in figure h is used for further sufficient separation, complete separation can be achieved. Simply insert the shield wire into the die shown in Figure i. As explained above, when separating the ground wire of a shield wire, the ground wire is once branched with a claw blade and separated again with a pair of brushes. In other words, according to the present invention, not only manual separation but also automatic terminal processing of the shield wire can be performed. It has the advantage of being easy to achieve.
