However, in such a method, when pressing 9 with the metal male mold 13, the lower surface 6 simultaneously presses 9 the entire surface of the veneer 3, so that the veneer 3 follows the shape of the deep carved pattern 7. The deformation limit of the veneer was exceeded, and the surface of the veneer 3, which had been given the deep sculptural pattern 7 after the pressing 9, broke at the corner 14 as if it had been torn off, resulting in a hangover. The problem was that there were many products that could not be put to practical use.

When the veneer is pressed by the mold 13, the veneer becomes the sixth
As shown in the figure, the applied engraved pattern 7 is cut all at once by the blade 15 in the vicinity of the corner 14, so that the cross section 16 becomes flat and the rounded state has been eliminated. This veneer 3
A decorative board as shown in FIG. 7 was manufactured by filling the upper surface with plastic 10, placing plywood 11 on it, and pressing it together. By such a method, it was possible to eliminate the drawback that many defective products were produced that could not be put to practical use, but on the other hand, when the corner part 14 of the engraved pattern 7 on the lower surface 6 of the metal male mold 13 was made into the blade shape 15. requires extremely advanced technology and effort in designing and manufacturing, and as shown in Fig. 7, the cut portion 17 is made of plastic that has a different color tone and appearance than the veneer 3. Because 10 sides appear, it is suitable for shadow finishing, but is completely unsuitable for solid wood finishing, making it difficult to use for high-end furniture, and its uses are limited.

At this time, if base fabric is inserted into the interior and at locations close to the upper and lower surfaces, shrinkage during vulcanization can be suppressed. As the heat-resistant rubber, acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene copolymer rubber, chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber, etc. are used. Veneer 3 and plywood 1
1 and 1 are filled with plastic, foamed polyurethane, phenol resin mixed with wood powder, etc. are used. In the present invention, in forming the carved pattern 7 on the veneer 3,
Since a male rubber mold 8 having a flat plate-like protrusion 5 in the center of the upper surface 4 or being sent separately is used, when compressed in a press (not shown), the shape shown in FIG. As shown, first, the center of the veneer 3 is gradually pressed 18, so that the center part 19 of the veneer 3 is pushed down 201 degrees in the vertical direction, and the carved pattern 7 is formed on the part 19. At that time, the left and right peripheral parts 21 , 21 to the central part 19 from the projecting plate 3 as shown by the arrows 22, 2
2, and due to this action, the veneer 3
The lack of flexibility and elongation are offset, and the carved pattern 7 is formed on the veneer 3 without cracking.

説明する。
When the formation of the engraved pattern 7 in the central part 19 is completed in this way, the above-mentioned effect gradually spreads and spreads to the surrounding area to form the engraved pattern, and eventually the entire surface is well-formed. A sculptural pattern is formed. The carved pattern 7 formed as described above has no rounded parts and is suitable for a solid finish. Incidentally, one of the conventionally practiced methods, ie, as shown in FIG.
The mechanism by which the engraved pattern 7 is formed when a decorative plate is manufactured by pressing 9 with a metal male mold 13 having a shape will be explained.

In this case, as shown in FIG.
3, the pressing forces 23, 23, . . . are uniform at all locations on the lower surface 6,
... is transmitted as it is to the entire surface of the veneer 3, and the veneer 3 is simultaneously pressed 26 with a uniform force against the upper surface 24 of the metal female mold 1 over the entire surface, so that all the pressing force applied to the veneer 3 is in the longitudinal direction 25. , 25 . . . , and the horizontal pulling force as shown by the arrows 22 and 22 in FIG. , 14, etc., the veneer 3 is torn off and hanged. The heat-resistant rubber male mold used in the present invention is a metal male mold,
In particular, as shown in FIG. 5, the metal male mold 13 that also has a cutting edge 15 at the corner 14 can be manufactured extremely easily without the need for advanced technology or much effort required when manufacturing the male mold 13. Therefore, the mold manufacturing cost becomes extremely low.
