After forming an etching resist film representing desired characters or designs on this metal foil or vapor deposited film by screen printing method or the like, an etching resist film of the metal foil or vapor deposited film is formed using a predetermined etching solution. It is manufactured by etching and removing the unmarked parts, and then removing the etching resist film as it is or by dissolving and removing it with a predetermined stripping solution to form the display part 2 of metal letters and designs on the film. .

Etching solutions and resist film stripping solutions may have an adverse effect on the film base material, so the film material, etching solution, and resist film stripping solution must be carefully selected, and the necessary parts during the etching process must be carefully selected. Even if it is masked with an etching resist film, it is inevitable that side etching will occur, and as a result, the display area of characters and designs formed by metal foil or vapor-deposited film may not be clearly outlined. .

である。Moreover, the conventional etching method has problems in that the process is relatively complicated and requires a large number of steps, and furthermore, the manufacturing cost is not low. The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional etching method (wet method) mentioned above, and because it uses a dry method, there is no pollution problem such as disposal of waste liquid during the manufacturing process, and the film base material is not attacked by etching solution. It is possible to easily, reliably, and efficiently produce multicolor adjustment sheets, including metallic colors, which can be directly attached to containers, etc. or used as transfer foils, etc., without any problems such as smearing, etc., and the process is simple. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a slicing sheet that can be manufactured at low cost. That is, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms an adhesive layer by printing desired characters and designs on a predetermined film directly or through a release layer using pressure-sensitive or heat-sealable adhesive ink. At the same time, the first sheet material for decoration is sent to the pressing device, and the second sheet material for decoration, which is formed by forming a colored film layer such as a metal vapor deposited film on the film via a release layer, is transferred to the above-mentioned method. 1. Send the sheet material for seaming facing the adhesive layer to the pressure padding device, press both the sheet materials together by the pressure padding device, and then separate the two sheet materials from each other to form the sheet material for seaming. By adhering the colored film layer and release layer of the second articulating sheet material to the adhesive layer in a shape corresponding to this, a decorative sheet having a display portion showing letters and designs in metallic color etc. is obtained. This is how it was done.

For example, a metal evaporated film may be formed by vacuum evaporating a metal such as aluminum on the release layer 5, or a metal film or an inorganic film such as a metal oxide may be formed by vapor phase plating such as cathode sputtering or ion plating. This is done by forming a coating of a metal compound, in which case the colored layer 6 is formed in a metallic color. In addition, in the said 1st and 2nd sheet material 3, 7 for decoration, the adhesive force between the film 4 and the peeling layer 6 of the 2nd sheet material 7 for decoration is formed the weakest.

。As explained above, according to the present invention, there is provided a first joint sheet material in which an adhesive layer is formed by printing required characters and designs directly on a predetermined film or with heat-sealable adhesive ink, and a film. A second joining sheet material having a colored film layer such as a metal vapor deposited film formed thereon via a release layer is sent to a pressure welding device with the colored film layer facing the adhesive layer, and both materials are bonded to this pressure bonding device. By a very simple operation of press-contacting each other with a device, it is possible to easily, reliably, and efficiently produce a cutting sheet on which a display part showing a large number of characters and designs including metallic colors is formed. In addition, since the present invention can obtain the cutting sheet by the dry method, there are no pollution problems such as waste liquid treatment in the manufacturing process, and the film base material is not attacked by etching liquid or the like. There is no risk of side etching of the colored film layer (metal foil layer, layer deposited by Shoyabu equipment) due to the etching solution, and the display area has clear outlines and beautiful letters and designs, and can be directly attached to containers, etc., or can be used as a transfer foil. It has the advantage that it is possible to easily and inexpensively manufacture a cutting sheet used as a carpenter, etc.
