ともなう。すなわち、ろう付中において、頭部2とつば
部4とは、軸部1に固定されるから、ろう箔7が溶融拡
散した後、頭部2とつば部4との間はろう箔7の厚さ分
の間隙Mが形成されたままの状態となる。このような間
隙Mは、頭部2とつば部4とを離隔させ接合面積を減少
させるとともにろう付時の姿勢によっては特に、溶融ろ
うをねじ溝6に拡散させず外方に流出させることにもな
る。したがって、このような製法では、接合強度のみな
らず、ねじ溝にろうが充填されない結果、十分な液密性
が得られないのである。本願は、上記に鑑み、製作容易
にして十分な接合強度、液密性をもたらすつば付きろう
