ができないのみならず、ばり5…の発生している周囲の
面6a,6b,6c等に二次的の庇を発生させ、上記間
隙に別の部品を鉄合ごせる場合に支障を来たすという欠
点があった。したがって、ばりの取り残しと二次的な癖
の防止には細心の注意が要求される関係でばり取りに要
する時間が長くなり、それだけコスト高になるという問
題点があった。〔発明の目的〕この発明はばりの発生し
た面に沿って移動させるだけで、ばり周囲の面に二次的
の癖を発生させることなく、容易にばり取りすることが
できるばり取り工具を提供しようとするものである。

記被加工物の上記間隙内に挿入可能な平行な一対のガイ
ドを設け、これらガイド間にガイド面と同一平面上に切
削部を有した回転工具を設け、かつ上記ガイドに回転工
具の切削部に対向して切屑を排出するための切欠部を設
けたことを特徴とするばり取り工具。 2 回転工具は、切削部の軸方向両端に切削部と同一径
のガイド部を有していることを特徴とする特許請求の範
囲第1項記載のばり取り工具。
