本発明は内部にインサートを有する中空成形品の成形方
法に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for molding a hollow molded product having an insert inside.
従来、熱可塑性樹脂の中空成形品は各種用途に大きな伸
びを示しているが、その内部にインサートを有する中空

ところが、例えば熱可塑性樹脂製燃料タンクの開発にお
いては、金属製燃料タンクと全く同じ役目を果す機能を
熱可塑性樹脂製燃料タンクにも求められ、内容液の揺動
音対策としての防波板、常に内容液が存在するインナー
タンクを設けることなどの更に付加価値の高い中空成形
品の開発が望まれているのが市場の状況である。本発明
者達はこの課題にこたえるべく種々検討し本発明に到達

即ち本発明の要旨は、熱可塑性樹脂溶融パリソン内部に
村体で把持されたままインサート部品を存在させたまま
金型を閉じ、熱可塑性樹脂溶融パリソンをブリブローし
、その後談パリソン内部での村体に把持されたインサー
ト部品を、該パリソン内壁面に圧着させた後、エア−吹
込みすることを特徴とするインサート付中成形品の成形
方法、である。以下に本発明の例を図面を用いて説明す

サート部品3を存在させたま)金型4を閉じプリブロ−
した直後、村体2に把持されたインサート部品3を村体
2内に設けた作動機構により横方向に移動させて該パリ
ソン内壁面に圧着し、杵体2に設けたエア一吹込ピン(
図示せず)からエア‐吹込みする。ただし、エア−吹込
ピンは前記杵体以外に設けても良い。なお、前記プリプ
ローを行なわないとインサート部品をパリソン内壁面に
圧着させた後のエア一炊込みの際、インサート部品3が
融着しているためパリソンの均一な膨脹が困難となり得
られる中空成形品が偏肉を呈する事態を招き易い。得ら
れる中空成形品の縦断面図は第lb図、インナータンク
則ちインサート部品3の斜視図は第lc図り示す通りで
あり、インサート部品の材質は熱可塑性樹脂、金属など
で良いが、前記パリソンと同種の熱可塑性樹脂が圧着に

Claims (1)
インサート部品を存在させたまま金型を閉じ、熱可塑性
樹脂溶融パリソンをプリブローし、その後該パリソン内
部で杆体に把持されたインサート部品を、該パリソン内
壁面に圧着させた後、エアー吹込することを特徴とする
