素子4を取付けた振動板3を接着し、配線した後プリン
ト基板5を本体1に取付けるようにする。そして動作は
電子部品6への通電により圧電素子4を振動させ、振動
板3を振動させて、共鳴筒部2で共鳴させるのである。
ところで、振動板3は第2図のようにその振動の節3a
が共鳴筒部2の上縁に位置できるように作られている。

リブ11を舷開させ、これによってガイドリブ11と振
動板3との接触を外すように構成している。このように
構成したため、振動板3と共鳴筒部9とはガイドリブ1
1により正確に位置決められて接着され、これにより振
動板3の節部に共鳴筒部9の上緑が接着できることとな
る。
