The endless chain 5 is attached to the sprocket 6 of the fixed base 4.
An intermediate sprocket is provided between the drive sprocket 8 and the driving sprocket 8 which is mounted on a support stand 7 erected on the ground outside the carrier 1. ket 9・
..., and one of the drive subrockets 8 is connected to a drive mechanism 10 installed on a support base 7 for rotational driving. The intermediate sprocket 9... is for changing the direction of the endless chain 5 so as to align it with the inner surface of the carrier 1, and for horizontally raising the carrying out container containing the sand, and for storing the endless chain 5 in a box. A large number of connected cylindrical intermediate casings 11...
It is pivoted to. The lower end of the intermediate casing 11 is a fixed base 12 erected on one side of the excavation surface.
* and the uppermost end is fixed on the support base 7. By the way, as the excavation progresses and the excavation surface becomes deeper, the excavation body 1 sinks, but since the earth and sand delivery side equipped with the hopper 2 etc. is installed on the excavation surface, it is necessary to reinstall it as the excavation progresses. In addition, the endless chain 5 and the intermediate casing 11 must be added depending on the progress of the process. However, with such a configuration, the earth and sand inlet side must be reinstalled each time depending on the progress of excavation, which is not a problem. The lowermost stage of the machine is installed and fixed on the excavation surface, and the upper stage of the machine is fixed to the support stand 7, so that the intermediate casing 1 in the middle part
In order to detach the connection between the intermediate casings 11... and add a new intermediate casing 11..., after supporting the intermediate casing 11... so that it cannot fall over, remove the fixation at the top or bottom level and insert the insertion part. It is necessary to lift the upper intermediate casing, or even if it is added to the top stage or long lower stage, the intermediate sprocket 9 is attached with force, so the same work as above must be done after also removing the endless chain 5. Therefore, it is not easy to replenish these parts, and as the excavation progresses, the distance between the hopper 2 and the excavated ground gradually increases, making it difficult to carry sand into the hopper 2, which reduces work efficiency. There were problems such as a decrease in The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to fix a platform that settles with excavation, and an earth and sand relay loading platform that descends as the platform settles to the inner surface of the core structure. A traveling trolley is provided on a support platform installed above, which moves in conjunction with the settling of the noisy body, and a conveyor mechanism is rotatably coupled to the drive mechanism of the traveling trolley and the driven mechanism of the earth and sand transfer platform, The present invention also relates to an earth and sand transporting device characterized in that a follower is inserted between the gutter body and the traveling truck in order to move the drive mechanism as the drive body sinks and feed out the endless chain into the drive body. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide an earth and sand transport device which can safely, quickly and easily perform the work of replenishing a conveyor mechanism, and which can improve the workability of earth and sand transport.

In FIG. 2, numeral 13 is a cylindrical excavator, which sinks as the inner excavation surface is excavated. A suitable number of supporting legs 14 are erected on the ground outside this carrier 13, a supporting stand 15 is fixed to the upper end thereof, and a full-length belt conveyor 16 is installed on the upper surface of this supporting stand 15. A rail 18 is laid on the mounting frame 17, and a drive mechanism 19 is placed on the rail 18 so as to be able to run freely above the belt conveyor 16. The drive mechanism 19 includes a traveling truck 201 and wheels 21.
..., and an electric motor 22, a speed reducer 23, and a drive sprocket 24 are mounted on the traveling carriage 20, respectively. Further, a follow-up device A is connected between the drive mechanism 19 and the drive body 13, and this follow-up device A has a support wheel attached to one end of the frame and the tip of the mounting member 25a fixed to the chin rest 25 of the support leg 14. 26, 27, and one end of a connecting member 28, such as a wire or chain, which is engaged with these bearing wheels 26, 27, is fixed to the end of the traveling carriage 20,
The other end is fixed to an anchor bolt or the like buried in the upper part of the outer surface of the rock body 13. A hopper 29 is installed below the discharge side of the belt conveyor 16 so as to be able to be loaded onto a truck, etc., and an inorganic chain, which will be described later, is guided on the upper surface of the end of the support stand 15, which is located above the scale turtle 3. An upper frame 31 to which an appropriate number of intermediate sprockets 30 are pivotally connected.
Install. On the other hand, an earth and sand relay loading platform 32 is fixed to the lower part of the inner surface of the damping body 13 in order to pump out the excavated earth and sand to the outside. In this earth and sand relay loading platform 32, one end of the platform 33 is fixed with an anchor bolt etc. buried in the chassis 13, and the other end and the chassis 1
A chin rest 34 is interposed between 3 and 3. And on this base plate 33, supporting legs 35... are erected, and supply equipment 37 is installed respectively.
and a sprocket 38 and an intermediate sprocket 39 for suspending and guiding the endless chain, which will be described later. Intermediate sprockets 30..., 39... are interposed in between. This endless chain 401 is equipped with a large number of carrying containers 41... at appropriate intervals, but in this case, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, inorganic chains 40 are attached to the front and rear sides of each side wall of the carrying out container 41 with a pivot member 42 interposed therebetween.
An endless chain 40, which is pivoted to the front and rear of each side wall as shown in FIG. They rotate at appropriate intervals to avoid overlapping each other, and by attaching and detaching the pin portions 40b that connect the constituent members 40a, it is possible to add an endless chain of the required length. Configure. On the other hand, a relief recess 43 into which the pivot member 42 is inserted when the endless chain 40 is engaged is formed in the sprocket for feeding the endless chain 40 into the moving body 13. Incidentally, it is also possible to form the endless chains 40 as appropriate by using cloth, a casing, etc. held on the inner surface of the body 13. Therefore, in the earth and sand transporting device having the above structure, as the excavation progresses, the bar 13 sinks, and the other end position of the coupling member 28 fixed to the bar 13 is lowered accordingly. The traveling cart 20 connected to one end of the member 28 moves in the direction of the carrier 13, whereby each inorganic chain 40 is pulled out downward within the carrier 13 by a length corresponding to the settling of the noise body 13.

Next, when the rocky shore body 13 has settled to a required depth, the pond end of the connecting member 28 is again fixed to the upper part of the outer surface of the next stage body 13 to be added thereto, and the drive mechanism 19 is returned to its original position. and add each of the endless chains 40 to a required length. In this case, the carry-out container 41 may also be replenished as appropriate. As the precursor 13 settles, the inorganic chain 40
... is automatically operated, and the operations described above are performed sequentially thereafter.
As described above, according to the earth and sand transport device of the present invention, the endless chain equipped with the transport container is automatically fed out as the excavation material settles, so the endless chain can be added each time according to the progress of excavation. It is not necessary and convenient, and since the earth and sand relay loading platform is fixed to the lower part of the inner surface of the scale body, the earth and sand relay loading platform and the excavation surface are always kept at a constant height, so that it is possible to prevent earth and sand from being transferred to the earth and sand relay loading platform by a bulldozer, etc. It is easy to transport, and the structure of the endless chain can be added as needed, so it is only necessary to add the endless chain when adding the next stage of the structure after the structure has settled to the required depth. Therefore, the workability is very good.
